Seperti yang telah banyak ditulis di sini! Kami juga memesan kamar di hotel ini berdasarkan ulasan bagus di. Namun, hal yang sama terjadi pada kami seperti yang terjadi pada banyak orang lain di sini. Kami tiba tanpa resepsionis atau semacamnya. Hanya ada dua petugas keamanan. Awalnya, kami agak bingung karena belum menerima pesan atau email dari hotel tentang check-in. Kemudian salah satu petugas keamanan memanggil seorang pria yang menghampiri kami dan meminta untuk melihat konfirmasi reservasi kami. Dia kemudian memberi tahu kami bahwa kamar yang kami pesan diduga rusak dan kami bisa menginap dengan teman, tetapi tentu saja harganya lebih mahal. Kami dengan sopan menolak dan membatalkan reservasi kamar.

Harganya murah, lokasinya bagus, dan Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke hampir semua tempat yang ingin Anda kunjungi. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah biaya parkir terlalu tinggi. Hotel ini jelas menyatakan bahwa biaya masuk adalah RM 8, tetapi ternyata biayanya adalah RM 62! Biaya parkir di Genting tidak semurah sebelumnya! Manajemen juga keluar untuk mengatakan "Ya, ya, ya", mengapa Anda menulis RM 8 per entri? Lupakan saja, sekali ini lokasinya sangat murah dan tidak berguna.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the living room is large, the sofa is nice, and the bedroom is nice and clean. The kettle is a bit old. Overall, very recommended. 10 minutes walk to bukit bintang n jln alor.

This was our first time staying at Axon Residence Kuala Lumpur, since our usual choice (Sleeping Lion Hotel) was fully booked. Turns out, Axon is managed by the same team and feels like the apartment version of Sleeping Lion. It’s perfect for families with kids, as the unit comes with a kitchen and a large fridge. The location is right behind Sleeping Lion Hotel, and the buildings are actually connected — so you get shared access to the same amazing facilities: a rooftop pool with Petronas view, gym, jogging track, and kids’ playground. The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk to Bukit Bintang and TRX Mall. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so dining is super easy. Overall, it’s a great place for families or longer stays, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Hotel Axon terletak di jantung kota Kuala Lumpur. Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke Pasar Bukit Bintang, Metro, dan bahkan ke Menara Kembar dalam jarak 2 km. Kamarnya bagus, pemandangan kotanya bagus dan fasilitasnya juga bagus. Kolam renang tanpa batas, pusat kebugaran, pemandangan kolam renangnya bagus, kita bisa melihat Menara KL, pemandangan kecil menara kembar, dan masih banyak lagi. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman yang baik. Saya tidak yakin tentang biaya karena sudah termasuk dalam paket wisata saya.

Apartemen tiga kamar tidur ini sangat cocok untuk keluarga besar. Di sebelah hotel ada Sleeping Lion Hotel dan sangat bagus. Kamarnya sendiri bagus dengan 6 tempat tidur (sangat keras yang sesuai dengan selera kami tetapi mungkin tidak sesuai dengan selera Anda) TV dan Wi-Fi gratis sangat cocok untuk anak-anak setelah seharian beraktivitas. Liftnya merepotkan karena banyak orang tetapi cepat jika Anda tidak bisa naik lift. Kamar memiliki mesin cuci yang bagus jika Anda tinggal dalam waktu yang lama. Secara keseluruhan, lokasinya dekat Pavilion dan Bukit Bintang.

Axon residence is located in the golden triange, making it convenient to access major shopping centers and street food markets. A popular building, probably too popular to follow. If youve read other reviews and looked at booking websites, you will notice that many booking agents are renting rooms. Some of these agents, as i experienced, canceled the booking and attempted to charge us $1000 more to rebook. My room was wellappointed, with icy cold air conditioning units, lovely hot water, a fullsize fridge, and a washing machine. Great views of the towers. Our agent was excellent. The room was flawless! The room itself is far from soundproof, and the busy kl streets and noise from adjacent rooms mean earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. The garden on the 10th floor offers a relaxing escape and runs a few laps to keep fit. It is rarely used, odours from nearby properties can be strong. The gym on the 37th floor had many of the machines out of service when i went. Poor air conditioning over 30 degrees recorded. The pool is generally crowded, and especially slippery surfaces saw countless people fall. The pool is far from relaxing, and the security officer often blows whistles at people, often being told off for sitting on the edge of the infinity pool. Lots of kids misbehaving. It was a huge disappointment because this appears to be one of the properties selling points. The biggest issue for axon is that there are 465 apartments serviced by 5 small lifts over 45 floors. One lift is service staff only 9 to 5! Do the math! Come 11 am checkout and the hours before and after it is a nightmare! I spent average 30 minutes each morning waiting for a lift and the best part of 10 minutes to get to the ground floor in the nonairconditioned lift filled to maximum capacity, opened from the 40th floor down. Hope you are not claustrophobic! Conclusion Nice building and room, but i wouldnt stay there again. It just cant accommodate the quantity of people.

Saya memesan hotel ini menit terakhir (hanya satu jam sebelum check-in Dan saya sangat senang. Layanannya luar biasa dan hotel itu sendiri benar-benar berkualitas tinggi. Saya baru saja membatalkan pemesanan di Deface Platinium karena layanan mereka dingin dan tidak ramah, dan saya jujur, memilih Axon adalah keputusan terbaik dalam perjalanan saya. Semua yang terbaik: staf, kamar, lokasi. Tidak ada yang perlu dikeluhkan. Terima kasih khusus kepada Emad, yang sangat ramah dan profesional. Dia membuat proses check-in dan check-out sangat mudah dan lancar, membuat perbedaan! Saya sangat merekomendasikan 5 bintang, sangat layak!

Excellent value for the money and a fantastic location. Many locations are easily accessible on foot and are simple to navigate. However, the area is quite busy, resulting in increased traffic and increased taxi fees and online taxi rates. The views from higher floors are truly breathtaking. Additionally, the swimming pool offers the best views.
