Very good location, short walk along the road to the national park. Big spacious clean room, with daily cleaning, beautiful location with lovely views. Only issue was things in the room got slightly damp in the morning but really worth it for the cheap price!

It was a very pleasant stay, the receptionist was kind and helpful, the view from my room was beautiful in addition to the cool and fresh air. The room itself was spacious (it could fit up to 6 people instead of 2) and clean, very near to kinabalu park (around 5 minutes drive) and main town.

had a relaxing and a peaceful getaway. the room doesn't have an air condition unit or fan.anyway, don't need them either cos it was really cold at night, chilling at day time. quiet, peaceful and relaxing environment. quick check in. less than 10 mins drive to kundasang town. less than 5 mins drive to kinabalu national park. no problems for parking. Never forget to experience the view from Honun Farm, Kg. Bundu Tuhan. Fantastic mountain view.

The location of this hotel is close to the national park and is not far from the restaurant. This place has a nice atmosphere. They have a cozy restaurant right next to us. You will get a perfect valley view in room 3 and 4. There is no view in standard room 1, and on a clear day, you will wake up with the mountain right in front of you.

I booked 3 rooms here. The place is pleasant. A cozy restaurant is right next door. And it is close to the national park. There is no view in standard room 1 and on clear days, you wake up to the mountain right in front of you, with the view of the valley in room 3 and 4.

I booked 3 rooms here. This place has a good ambience. The restaurant is right next door. And it's also close to the national park. This hotel has a decent stay. They provide a restaurant with an old-fashioned atmosphere. And the view in the standard room is very beautiful. The mountain in front of the room makes you can wake up. The room 3 has an ideal valley view.

投宿日は早朝に到着したが、チェックインまで荷物を預かってくれた。日暮れ後部屋に蚊や蛾が沢山入ってきたが、フロントで殺虫剤を借りて事なきを得た。原因はバスルームの窓が開いていたことだった。キナバル公園をトレッキングした際に、虻又は蛭に足首を噛まれ、シャワーを浴びようとして気が付いた。フロントに相談すると、適切に処置をしてくれた。親身で丁寧な対応が大変好感が持てた。しかし、翌朝「早立ち」する旨伝えていたにも拘わらず、係は定時にしか現れず、この日の予定に支障をきたした。ただし、係は丁寧に詫びてくれた。（内部の情報共有に問題が）なお、私の部屋はWIFIが利用できなかった。（利用する部屋の価格クラスに依存するのかも？）食事場所は１０分も歩けば近くにあるが、日暮れ後や雨の日は交通量が多いので、こんな場合は十分に気を付けてください。

Very reasonably priced room. Be prepared for 140 steps down to your room and obviously the same back up with your luggage. Approx 1km walk to Mt Kinabalu entrance. No restaurant on site but good cheap eats across the road from the park entrance. Hot water is not all that good in the shower and the local cats were a bit annoying.

The pillow are dirty and not cover with pillow case, and at the end we ask for changes for all pillows. X10 pillows and pillow case... Cannot see mount Kinabalu. No view...

Room 8.. nice n clean room..wide open window. bathroom(shower leaking..need to fix) Very nice view..especially in the morning. Not so privacy..u can hear the voice n sound of water heater(shower) from the next door. Overall 3.5*

The rooms are comfortable, quiet and very pleasing. Even though you did not get the best view from MT. Kinabalu but the forest at back also quiet pleasing. very quiet at night.
