Request early check in due to one of the family members was not feeling well. They quickly looked for a room for us to checked in. Appreciate theire understanding and consideration. Surrounding got few restaurants which is walkable from the hotel and the food was nice too especially lemon curry noodle. The room was clean and and bed is nice to sleep.We will book this hotel again in future if we travel Penang again

The hotel just opened! The bed is very comfortable! Lack of amenities, no proper hanger for clothes. The room and toilet are clean. However, there is no curtain or separator. The whole bathroom will be wet after showering. Tv menu is a plus as there is a tv menu as there is a tv menu and there is a tv menu as well as available channels such as youtube and Netflix. Plenty of parking space makes it better. There are 2 local kopitiams within 50 steps which are very convenient. 10 minutes drive to carnival mall too.

Great value for money, very comfortable room, and a brand new property. The walls are super thin though, and you can hear everything (including people switching plug points on and off)... but that being said, for a one or two night trip, this hotel was an excellent find.

The hotel is very convenient for us to get around and food stalls is just a walk away and everything is perfect where the water pressure is very much preferred. The only thing is the parking space very limited

Walaupun hotelnya baru, fasilitasnya sangat buruk. Tidak ada cermin di kamar mandi, jika ada yang di kamar mandi dan ada yang menunggu cermin, itu akan merepotkan. Tidak ada lemari pakaian dan meja kopi yang sangat kecil. Saya pikir saya juga tidak akan merekomendasikan meja besi di luar kepada orang lain.

The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood. The room is clean and the location is good, there is onsite parking with ev charging facilities. Very good service, always supports the hotel with an elev charger. I will come back.

The hotel is new, the basic equipment is new, the room is large, and there is enough space to cool clothes. However, there are not many attractions here, the nearest attractions are only bird parks and shopping malls.
