Beauty City View - iCity [WiFi, 1 car park]

1. Basic Rules
- No smoking, no pets, no parties, no littering, and no durians or mangosteens allowed.
- For long-term stays (28 nights or more), electricity and water bills are not included and must be paid separately.
- For weekly stays (7–27 nights), electricity usage is capped at RM5/day. Excess usage will be charged accordingly.
- For stays of more than one night, electricity usage is capped at RM10 per night. Excess usage will be charged accordingly.
- For security and registration purposes, we may request basic guest information (e.g. passport or ID number). This is for check-in records only and will not be used for any other purpose.
- The number of guests must match the booking. Extra guests will be charged RM40 per person per night.
2. Penalties & Charges
- Smoking is strictly prohibited. A minimum penalty of RM400 will be imposed. If the fire alarm is triggered, emergency response fees will be charged to the guest.
- Consumption of durians or mangosteens in the unit is strictly prohibited. A penalty of RM400 will be imposed for violations.
- Bed sheets or duvet cover stained with menstrual blood, bodily fluids, urine, vomit, or other non-removable stains will incur a RM100 cleaning or replacement fee per bed.
- Towels or bathmats stained with cosmetics (foundation, mascara, lipstick), menstrual blood, or hair dye will be charged RM40 per item.
- Pillow covers stained with makeup, oil, or blood will be charged RM20 each.
- Pets are not allowed. Cleaning and damage charges apply if violated.
- Lost or damaged access card or room key: RM200 each.
- Early check-in or late check-out: RM50/hour, subject to availability.
- Wearing shoes indoors will result in a RM100 cleaning fee.
- Rearranging or moving furniture is prohibited. A RM100 fee will apply if violated.
- Any damaged or missing items (e.g., furniture, appliances, decor) will be charged at replacement cost.
3. Cleanliness & Conduct
- No shoes inside the house.
- No food allowed in the bedrooms.
- Only light cooking is allowed in the kitchen. Strongly colored or pungent dishes such as curry or turmeric-based meals are not permitted. If the kitchen is found excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. If permanent stains or odors are found, further charges may apply depending on the condition.
- Please clean the kitchen and dishes after use. A cleaning fee will apply for dirty/unwashed items.
- The unit must be returned clean. Extra charges apply if left dirty or messy.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
- Do not rearrange or move furniture. A RM100 fee will be charged for violations.
- Illegal drugs or any unlawful activity are strictly prohibited. Offenders will be evicted immediately without refund and reported to authorities.
4. Safety & Disclaimer
- Please turn off air conditioners, lights, fans, and appliances when not in use or upon check-out.
- Close all windows when leaving the unit to avoid rain or theft.
- Parking is at the guest’s own risk. Please park only in designated parking spaces.
- We are not responsible for lost personal belongings. Please inspect the unit before check-out.
- Guests are fully responsible for any actions, negligence, or illegal activities during their stay.
- The host is not responsible for any personal accidents, injuries, negligence, or loss of belongings caused by the guest’s own actions. No claims will be entertained.
5. Facilities Use – Disclaimer
Guests are welcome to use the condo’s shared facilities (e.g. swimming pool, gym, playground), which are managed by the building management and follow their rules and availability. Please supervise your children at all times and use the facilities at your own risk.
The host shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses incurred while using these facilities. We also have no control over the management’s daily maintenance or repair works. Your understanding is appreciated.

*A copy of IC or passport is required for booking registration.
*A refundable damage deposit of RM300 is required, payable via online transfer only.
The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after check-out, provided the unit is returned in good condition without damages or missing items.
