I spent two nights here for a brief trip. The host was gracious enough to wait for us to check in at 12.30 am. We stayed in the queensized dorms. You have your bed and idly curtain that separates you from the outside in this extremely basic dorem. Your space has your electrical outlets and personal lights. Get tiny padlocks if you plan to stay and leave your belongings there. There is nascent ibis in itoh, making it ideal for strollers. Although there is no lockups, the dory does have utensils under the bed, which you can use. Large lobby. Separated bathrooms are men and women, and restrooms and showers are provided.

The location is great, close to popular restaurants like 'pekan baru and ipoh parade. Pekan lama, which is street art, is further up but still walkable. On weeknights, the club just behind the hostel plays music until 4 am. I really dislike quiet hostels so ive appreciated the noise. Room: We stayed in a 6bed female dorm with pond view. En suite bathroom with 2 shower stalls and 1 squat toilet. Shampoo and body wash are provided. The trash can in the toilet was not cleaned during my stay. We had to rent towels, so we brought our own. There is no locker in room. One of the air conditioners remote control was lost, and the poor girl who faced it all night long froze. Similar to another reviewer, they should try to find staff that works the night shift. Crowds appear to attract fewer social people, therefore if you are flying alone in inipuh, this would be suited for connecting with other travelers. Brownstone hostel offers reserving demos. Overall, unless you dont mind the loud music, its advisable to stay at this hotel.

This place was fantastic! My friend and i were able to stay twice without any issues because the host was amazing with a great sense of humor. The dorm rooms are spacious and have lots of privacy. It was incredibly safe and clean throughout, and the location was excellent for exploring and walking, just stepping into old town. If you want to socialize, its fairly simple to meet people in if you like interacting. However, some families were staying, which ive found odd for sylvan hostels. Oh, it is also important to note that unless you are prone to sleep very deeply, earplugs are essential.

Saya suka menginap disini. Kamarnya bersih dan nyaman. Stafnya sangat baik. Lokasinya juga strategis, di depan hostel ada 711 dan kedai dobi untuk yang ingin mencuci pakaian. Hostel ini juga dekat dengan gerbang malam dan pasar malam Ipoh yang ramai.

This hostel is located in the heart of ipoh city center and is a great place to stop by. The owner is also friendly. Although the toilet is shared, it is always clean. Its incredibly soothing and peaceful.

The location is good and the service is excellent. They kept our bags during our hike, and there is a coin laundry right next to the hostel that is very affordable and convenient. However, the club was really noisy in the double room until 2.30 am, so it wasnt just the sound that was bothering you. We only stayed one night, which was fine, but not to underestimate. Also, they didnt inform us of the noise before checkin.

Ive been to this hostel every time i visit inpoh. The people who gather here are very nice and the sign boards on the walls are quite interesting. I saw banksys work last time, but unfortunately it has disappeared due to the complete repainting. Im not sure if it is real or not.

I had a great time here. The beds are comfortable, and the hostel is spotlessly clean. However, i was pleasantly surprised that the staff in the common areas refused to turn on the air conditioning because it wasnt.

I really enjoyed everything, it was very spacious and lovely. However, you wont get much privacy because the curtain isnt closed on one side. Overall, though, i loved it. There were also some bugs, so ive given it a lower rating.

I would make another reservation. Very comfy dorm bed. Quiet, clean, and chic hostel. Lots of common areas with comfortable chairs. Wellequipped kitchen with high quality utensils. Even has a fake fire at the fireplace to create ambiance. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hostel is conveniently located, close to restaurants and a night market. Concubine lane and the old part of ipoh are about ten minutes walk away. With keycards for entering and an electronic code for each individual dorm room, ive felt very secure in the dorom. The common areas were cozy, the showers were hot and had excellent pressure, and there was good wifi. It was sometimes more comfortable to stay in tasty dormitories because the common spaces didnt have air conditioning. You cant use your own padlock because lockers are so small. This hostel hosts countless residents and older people. All in all, it is rated as if it were primarily suited for older guests. I would return to this hotel.

The rooms are decent, the air conditioning in the rooms makes it quite cool, and the room does feel a bit like san francisco, but the beds are comfortable so its not causing any problems. Service was slow to arrive, prompting us to scramble until half way through checkin. But every other moment with service was absolutely fine, even having giggling. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with nice and spacious common areas and onsite spas providing utmost comfort. Its incredibly pleasant to just relax and enjoy the architecture and decor. Overall, its ok, just anticipate waiting for check-in!

I had a good time here. Ive been here twice with dozens of friends. Since i have muslim friends, they open to set up separate dorms for both male and female. Very understanding staff who assist you in organizing things according to your needs. Amazing location that feels cozy, warm, and homey. The dorem is clean, wellmaintained, attractive, etc. There are many places to explore within walking distance of the hostel.

This place is perfect for you who are traveling with a group of friends and want to talk about the room all night. The kitchen is fully furnished and can cook. Very comfortable, very suitable if you are staying with friends or bringing mates.

The cleanliness standards are impressive, making guests feel at ease and relaxed throughout their stay. And then, the facilities are topnotch, offering everything a traveler could need for sanitizing. After that, every aspect of the hostel exudes quality and attention to detail, from clean and comfortable rooms to wellkept common areas. Subsequently, this hostel stands out as one of my favorite experiences in malaysia.

The air conditioning can be quite cold in the rooms, so make sure to bring a jacket or something to keep you warm. After, the location is strategic as well, as some restaurants are within walking distance. Subsequently, everything was spotless and in good condition. Hereafter, it was quite chilly place if you want to just stay in bed all day.
