Homestay SOP during MCO/CMCO/RMCO
1. Check in time is until 12.30am only. Strictly no check in after 12.30am.
2. Always practice social distancing of 1 meter and always wear mask when in the common area
3. All guests need to register with IC, driving license or Mysejahtera/passport at the guardhouse for security reason. The guests need to inform the guard they are here for homestay, the unit no. and the car plate no.
4. Use sanitizer upon check in.
5. No mask no entry. Temperature will be taken upon check in. Temperature of more than 37.5 degree Celsius will be denied entry.
6. Maximum 6 pax only is allowed. Strictly no visitors are allowed.
7. No meeting is allowed throughout the common areas
Any violation of the SOPs may result in the user being instantaneously disallowed to enter the building or a fine of RM200 will be imposed by the condo management.
Procedures for using swimming pool:
1. User must present access card for verification by the security guard at the pool counter
2. Register clearly name, unit no. and phone no.
3. Scan MySejahtera
4. Temperature must be taken. >37.5 degree celcius will not be allowed to enter the pool
5. Max 3 users from same unit are allowed to use the pool
6. User must wear proper swimming attire at all times. Strictly NO t-shirt, shorts and underwear is allowed
7. User must shower first before entering the pool
8. User must practice social distancing and wear masks at al times outside the pool
9. Pool opening hours: 9.15am-12pm,6pm-9pm
10. User must observe distance 1-3 meters for static movement & 3-5 meters for dynamic movement
Please give full cooperation. Any breach to the above mentioned SOP may result in being asked to leave the pool area immediately and a fine of RM200 shall be imposed.
