We’re so excited to have you stay with us and want to ensure you have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience possible. To help everything run smoothly, here are a few friendly reminders:
1. Damage Deposit
We kindly require a RM300 damage deposit per stay. Since Agoda doesn’t handle deposits, we’ll send an invoice before your arrival:
- The deposit will be pre-authorised on your card 2 days before check-in.
- If all is well after check-out, it will be refunded promptly.
- For stays longer than 5 days, the deposit will be charged instead of pre-authorised.
2. No Pets, Smoking, Parties, or Loud Music.
We’re all about good vibes! Please help us keep the space peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.
3. Treat the Space Kindly.
We’ve poured a lot of love into this home. Please take care of it like it’s your own.
4. Noise
We love a fun time, but our neighbors appreciate peace and quiet.
- Please keep noise levels down, especially at night.
- If noise becomes an issue, we’ll need to address it—and continued disturbances may involve local authorities.
5. Smoking
- We’re a non-smoking space to keep things fresh and clean.
- If smoking happens, there’s a RM200 fee to cover odor removal and cleaning.
6. Pets
- As much as we adore furry friends, they’re not allowed here.
- If evidence of pets is found, there will be a RM150 cleaning fee to restore the space.
7. Child Safety
Planning to bring little ones? Please note there’s a balcony with a sliding door. You’re welcome to book, but we ask that you take extra care.
8. Cooking
- Feel free to cook, but our fire alarm is a bit sensitive!
- Keep the balcony door open and the range hood on while cooking.
- If the alarm triggers, costs for a fire truck visit may apply.
9. Keys, Swipes, and Lock-Outs
We’ll provide everything you need to access the property, but please keep track of the keys and swipes:
- Locked out? A spare key visit costs RM100, or if we need a locksmith, it’s their fee + RM100.
- Lost or broken key/swipe? Replace ment fee is RM300.
10. Check-In/Out
- Check-ins are between 3pm-6pm. After 6pm to 11pm, there is a surcharge of RM30 for key delivery. Check-in end time 11pm only.
- Check-out: By 11 AM.
- Late check-outs may incur a RM150 fee to keep things on schedule for our next guests.
11. When You Arrive
If you notice anything amiss upon check-in, let us know right away! We’re here to help and will do our best to make it right. Concerns reported after check-out, however, can’t be addressed retroactively.
