Check in is done online or via what’s app- staff were actually super helpful to help me check in early and helping me locate my missing bag! The location is very central and the rooms were large and great to have a fridge! Only downside was I had absolutely no view so recommend asking for a high up floor! The views from the infinity pool were amazing although not really anywhere to lie as only 5 loungers in total for what is a very busy apartment/ hotel!

Room was comfortable, clean, and spacy. Beds are comfortable and great for 3 adults, as for additional bed, will be at the window side, can accomodate upto 2 children or 1 adult. Room facility was great, bathroom was clean, shower was strong enough, with option of hot and cold water. Location was great, love the gym and the poolside, especially the night view from the poolside was very beautiful and marvellous. Will definitely return here for our next stay in KL. Please keep the price low...

Tempatnya indah, tetapi safety table di lantai 30 dan yang lain-lain yang saya rayakan pihak tuan rumah tidak memiliki safety lock, pintu tidak berlubang untuk melihat ke luar, tetapi semuanya baik-baik saja. Maaf, saya ingin memberi Anda tegoran karena saya adalah bekas guru kursus mengemudi yang banyak menerapkan safety first di workshop-workshop.

The room is spacious and pleasant. Its ideal, in my opinion, considering the price. The location and quality of the room are excellent. The room is spacious, and the bed is clean. The air conditioning is cold, and the shower is hot. The neighborhood is pleasant, making it ideal for morning jogging with lush greenery and birds chirping. The only issue is the 200 rm returnable deposit required at checkin, neither the owner nor application made this clear.
