I was nervous about booking a week here due to some reviews. I had nothing to worry about. The staff was polite and attentive. The doormen are always there to open the door for you when you come or go. I booked a room with a queen bed and a city view. It was a bit small but it met my needs very well. Housekeeping came every day to clean and refill toiletries. The wifi worked great about 95% of the time. There were a few moments one day where the signal would drop in and out, but it was not a major problem. Pretty fast too, i could stream hd youtube content and make video calls on my phone without any problems. I only had breakfast here once, it was adequate and the food was cooked well, i just think they could have used more options. This place is in the middle of makati and traffic is very heavy most of the day. Its even busy until about 130 am. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Overall, i give it 4 stars. I will definitely be returning due to the forced reservation, but i would have chosen to stay again without it. Good air conditioning after initial room change had to keep it on 23-25 or it was too cold. Hardwood floors, a nice rooftop pool, a great gym - better than any other 4/5 star in makati - can do bench, pullups, deadlift to 185 kg, spin bike, etc. Room service options are poor. Facilities a little worn, tv initially broken and needed replacement, needed room change for nonworking air conditioning in the first room. Gym has no air conditioning check in and out takes ridiculously long time for no good reason. The front desk clerk forced a last minute last minute booking at full rack rates while late to the airport just to store a single bag, when i had already stayed 7 nights. Also, i stored bags at old city garden before, and they didnt need them then. This was particularly annoying because we buy one way tickets and like to be flexible with our travel depending on where we are and how much we like it, but suddenly had to limit our travel and put a future date into stone thanks to this one front desk guy.

The rooms are spacious and nice, with very friendly waiters. The pool area above is amazing with a view of the whole area. There are some lower income areas around which are not as nice as the hotel itself, but it didnt seem dangerous.

The location is close to the airport, if you want to go to the city center, you can go to the hotel. The hotel is very good, the location is also strategic.

Saya memesan makan malam dan diantar ke kamar saya dan rasanya enak. Pelayanannya juga sangat penuh perhatian dan sopan. Sarapannya bervariasi dan berlokasi di pusat keuangan. Satu-satunya hal yang perlu diperbaiki adalah air di bak mandi kamar mandi yang lambat.

First of all, the staff were all so kind and attentive! I mean everyone! Every single member of the staff we have encountered or spoken with has been very polite and considerate of us. From the valet to the door greeters, the reception, the maintenance staff, the cleaners, the laundry attendants (sir Omz is the best), the dining staff, and the rooftop staff. My baby girl always greeted the staff because they were so friendly! Sorry, i cant recall all the names of the staff who assisted us during our stay, but we are so grateful to all the ates and kuyas who made our stay so worthwhile. Salamat! Overall, it is somewhat of a budget hotel. The entire place is kept neat and clean daily and regularly. The rooms and bath are cleaned well every day. The breakfast spread is amazing and the menu is different each morning. Also, i miss delicious philippine cooking, so i am biased. Its family and kid friendly. Any requests to the staff are promptly met. All major hangout areas, such as ayala triangle park, century city mall, power plant mall, and rockwell area, are within a 15minute walk. There are many food options for lunch and dinner on the streets! Just look around the corners and there are food options to suit your taste. For commuters, the busy road is right in front of the hotel, so you can get a ride anytime. Just be aware that this hotel is located in a very busy area with a lot of traffic.

Hotel yang bagus. Sayangnya agak tua. Tapi tidak apa-apa. Anda masih dapat mendengar lalu lintas di kamar, setidaknya di kamar saya di lantai 25, dan itu cukup bagus. Di lantai paling atas pada tanggal 25, ada restoran dan kolam renang di mana Anda dapat menikmati pemandangan yang sangat indah. Saya sering naik lift untuk mengambil foto. Namun, liftnya agak lambat.

I stayed at the city garden hotel for 3 nights on a work trip. I usually stay at the newer city garden grand hotel directly across the road. Pros a decent sized room with a couch. Comfortable bed, no early morning light seeping in. Generally, wifi was strong throughout. Breakfast was good fruit, yogurt, sausages, bacon, eggs to order, bread, jams, sandwiches and a variety of western and Filipino breakfast items along with fresh juices, coffee and tea. Room service was prompt and friendly. Overall, the staff is friendly, polite and helpful. Cons a shower head is fixed, water pressure isnt great. - An ancient toilet with 2 flushes most times.

The hotel was a bit busy, so we waited a long time for the elevator. They also call you very early in the morning to remind you that you have to check out. The rooms were nice and the location is good. Otherwise, the rest of the stay was good.

Hotel ini menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai, namun harga yang diberikan terlalu mahal untuk kualitas makanannya. Hotel ini juga menyediakan label ruang bersih di pintu yang menandakan bahwa hanya ruang bersih yang dilayani. Makanan yang disajikan juga cukup baik.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and i would like to thank a few staff members who assisted us in booking our final stay, including ms. Quiara and ms. Lyza. Additionally, the one who assisted us in checking our reservation, ms. Lanie, and we encountered a problem with our netflix, ms. Jeannie, and one of the housekeeping staff. The checkin process is a little slow, but it is okay because dm jai changed our room so we didnt have to wait for our supposed to be in the penthouse.

This place is located in the heart of Makati. We had a wonderful staycation at city garden. The staff was very friendly. They offer free coffee when their espresso is not available. Even though it was close to one of the busiest roads in makati, you cant see the traffic. It was a great experience. We recommend it to our friends.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff and rooftop pool. Large rooms, but slow service in the evening. Waited an hour for a pizza and starter after main course. They apologized for being shortstaffed in the kitchen but didnt offer a reduction or discount for poor service.
