❀❀ Please put the exact guest number upon booking. Our standard check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Please update us in advance if you have any requests. ❀❀

★Please be honest with the number of guest staying in the apartment. Extra guests after 4 will be charged at MYR25 per guest per night whereas agoda policies applied. Maximum 6 guests for this unit

★Our standard check out time is 11AM. Late check out fee applies as we are unable to sell the unit if you are not checking out on time. 50% of normal rate will be charged if check out before 1PM, 70% of normal rate will be charged before 5PM, and full rate will be charged after 5PM.

★STRICTLY NO illegal activities are allowed in the apartment. We will take necessary action and report to agoda support specialist if you host illegal activities in our apartment and everyone will be asking to leave the apartment IMMEDIATELY without refund.

★STRICTLY NO partying inside the apartment. Penalties with total MYR200 applies if partying activities found in the apartment. We will report to agoda support specialist and you will be asking to leave the apartment IMMEDIATELY without refund.

★STRICTLY NO smoking in the apartment. You are allowed to smoke outside the apartment. MYR200 penalty will be applied for smoking activities found in the apartment.

★Original access cards are important, MYR200 will be applied for replacing when access card is lost.

★Take care of the apartment as your own house instead of a hotel. Extra cleaning fee with at least MYR200 applies if the apartment is leaving in bad condition upon checkout.

★We respect all residents in the residence. Please do not make loud noises after 10PM.

★Turn off all electric appliances when are not using (except WiFi modem and router)

★DO NOT put cookware with metal into the microwave. It can leave you a huge mess.

★DO NOT leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our apartment is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.

★Remember to take your belongings before leaving. You must pay for the shipping cost if you need us to ship your belongings back. For lost and found item, we will keep up to 30 days and the item will be donated if you have no intention to get it back.

★Please take what is belongs to you. Charges applies if there is any item missing in the apartment.

★Take the garbage out when it's full, throw the garbage bag into garbage room on the same floor, and clean the dishes after using them.

★Pets are not allowed.
