7. To safe Mother Earth, pollution and reduce energy consumption please turn off all the air-conditioners, water tap, heater and so on.
11. All the belongings are the sole responsibility of guests only.
10. Missing or damaged items will be reported to agoda or will be referred to guests for compensation.
9. If any guest found to be mess up the house by leaving food stuff all over, towels are strewn , not flushed toilets, mattresses are moved unreasonably, leaving stains in linens and so on we reserve the right to charge $130 or more as we feel the amount deem fit.
4) Kindly be considerate to the neighbours and keep the noise level to an acceptable level from 10.30 pm onwards but by 12 midnight all must completely stop!
8. Strictly NOT allowed any charcoal BBQ set anywhere in the house. Electric BBQ and gas fired BBQ sets are provided free of charge for guests convenience!
- 1) Check-in time is from 3pm onwards.( upon request may be earlier if available) We use Smart Lock for self check in/ out. Very convenience and you may share the passcode with other family members. It’s super convenient!
