Overall, a good visit and I recommend staying at this hotel to anyone visiting Kurai. A good place to spend the night. Reservation and message replies were excellent. We received feedback that the quiet room looked out into an air well. We decided to take the chance in a railway-facing room rather than a road-facing one. The passenger and cargo train pass only four times at night, and it was more like a thunderous rumble than a freight train. It was fine. The rooms and the decor were finished in white and light green couches. The lobby was clean, as was the hallway leading into the room and the room itself. The bathrooms were meticulously planned and prepared for guests. The instant water heater didn't work, when informed, they attempted to fix it but couldn't and offered us another room. We decided not to move. Overall, there is a lot of upkeep work in the hotel room. The two windows in the room had latches, but they didn't work properly, allowing us to open them from outside. There was a water leak in the ceiling just outside our room in the morning. I should note that there are two parking lots, one on the main road just outside the lobby and the other in basement one. The parking lot in basement one is better because it has a security camera and the elevator that goes directly to your room is on that level. Ample

Everything is great except the house keeping threw away my wife's shampoo and facial sachets. Although they were opened but they were meant for use for 2 days. This is the first time we encountered for so many hotels we have stayed. The hotel management should educate the house keeping about this.

I have visited this place more than three times. The room is tidy and quite roomy. The amenities offered are also comprehensive. Excellent customer service. Extremely happy.

The place is very clean, professional, and the interior is amazing. The security is also top notch with a double door card. The facilities are good, there is a supermarket right next door. The price is also very appropriate and the staff are also well mannered.

The lobbies are exquisitely decorated, and the theme is consistent with the rooms. The room is neat and clean, but lacks bedroom slippers and a safety lock or chian on the door. However, it still offers great value for the money. Conveniently located in kulai mall with several cafes right across the road. Includes free underground parking.

This hotel has an exceptionally affordable price. The interior design is very luxurious and contemporary. The hotel is located on the 3 rd and 4 th floors. The room size is quite large and minimalist.

9.2 Excellent value, simple yet clean hotel with a large black exterior and minimalistic white interiors. Cold shower, soap and shampoo, filtered water, and a daikin air conditioner. Free parking, slowdone wifi overlooking palm plantations mosque, cemetery, and train station grocery mall across main road, great value, modern maintained interiors.

We check in before the long weekend, waiting about 2 hours. The design of the hotel is nice and toiletries are provided, but service and cleanliness still need improvement.

This hotel in kulai besar is truly delightful. It boasts a spacious and impeccably clean environment, a genuinely comfortable bed, and a contemporary design.

Overall, the room is nice, but only if you want to wait a long time for checking in. The room was nice and comfortable. The air conditioning was not very cold, but it was fine. There was also a small pot for making coffee or tea. Shower gel and shampoo are provided. Toothbrush and toothpaste are also provided. However, once you shower, the entire toilet becomes wet. There was no segregation between the toilet bowl and shower area.

Love the location, very close to many local restaurants. Parking lots are plentiful and the hotel is clean. The rooms were a bit old but still comfortable. The only downside was some plug points werent working and the toilet drainage was a bit clogged, starting to 'flood' a little when taking a shower.

Sejauh ini, hotel ini terlihat cukup menyeramkan. Saya memiliki masalah dengan colokan dan TV! Saya tidak dapat lari. Liftnya juga tidak diberi label sesuai peraturan. Sangat mengerikan.

We looked at some good reviews and were looking for a place to rest. We werent disappointed because it was very comfortable for a very reasonable price. Spacious, it is simplicity at its best, indeed worth the stay. I am fussy about the bed and bathroom and i dont have much to complain about here. Its more of an inn (minus food, i think) than a hotel, as you shouldnt expect facilities like gym, pool etc. If you like those, then this is probably not for you. But if its just a clean and comfortable place to cash, it is perfect. Captivating the idea of less is more, i will definitely come back.

Im in love with this hotel. The way they run the boutique is fantastic, from cleanliness to service. When i had an issue with my air conditioner around 1 am, the receptionist came up and fixed it for me without hesitation. He even offered me the option of changing rooms if i was still uncomfortable. The room is spacious and beautiful.
