Brand new hotel. Rooms are comfy and high security. In room facilities are full of tidbits that are complimentary for In house guests. Next to a mall , can find the Batu Pahat's own brand of KFC called McDota

I stayed here for one night and was pleasantly surprised at how comfy and clean the room was. I last stayed at the Crystal inn a few years ago and had a bad experience, but they have improved in a big way. The recently refurbished rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy. The smart to include netflix and wifi were strong throughout the hotel another bonus point. A decent coffee maker and capsules were also provided. I would certainly stay again during my next visit to Bath Phaf, hopefully the standards will still be the same.

This newly renovated boutique hotel is amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. Strategic location with a shopping mall supermarket the store right behind the hotel and the famous sea view restaurant the opposite.

This boutique hotel has recently undergone a transformation and is first rate. The employees are also kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is strategically located with shopping malls, supermarkets, the store right behind the hotel, and the renowned Sea View restaurant across the street.

I would definitely stay again next time I visit Bathphat, hopefully the standards are still the same. I stayed here for one night and was pleasantly surprised at how comfy and clean the room was. I stayed at the Crystal Inn last year, a couple of years ago, and they have improved dramatically. The newly renovated rooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy. The smart to include Netflix and wifi was strong throughout the hotel, another bonus. A decent coffee maker and capsules were also supplied.

Overall, the room is clean, and the air conditioning is cool enough. The room was well placed with the carpet. The water flow in the bathroom is good for taking a shower. But the bathroom ventilation system is lacking. The room window is able to open, at least the room air can flow in and out. Considering that the room is covered with carpet, it is hoping that the hotel will clean the carpets within a stipulated time. As and when it is needed, I also changed the mattress covers.
