8. No rearranging of furniture.
9. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
10. Please do not use towels or linens for cleaning shoes, makeup, or spills.
11. Any strong chemical spills, stains, or intentional contamination will incur a deep cleaning fee.
12. Any damage or missing items will be charged accordingly.
13. Please leave the house in a clean condition upon check-out.
14. Please close and lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Pets
15. Pets are allowed only upon request and with prior approval.

Keys and Access
16. Loss of key or access card will incur a replacement fee (e.g. RM150).
17. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to approval and may incur a fee.

Safety and Responsibility

19. CCTV is in operation at external areas for security purposes.
