Proses checkin lumayan cepat; abang2 penjaga ramah, kamar bersih, ac dingin, pesan single bad dikasih 2 handuk, ada sabun mandi, air panas nya mantap. Dikasih mineral 2 botol, cukup 10 menit jalan kaki ke LRT pudu dan 10 menit ke berjaya time square. Nyari makan halal agak susah, tapi ada restoran arab yg halal bsa dibeli ga jauh dari penginapan. Ketika kami check-in di malam hari pada tanggal 30 Mei, kami menemukan toilet di kamar mandi kamar pertama menyala dan pemanas air tidak dapat diatur. Kami kemudian turun untuk memberi tahu resepsionis yang menemani kami dan memeriksa dengan baik dengan sikap positif dan ramah. Ternyata tidak dapat diperbaiki dan kami langsung dipindahkan ke kamar kedua pada gambar. Namun, pemanas air di kamar mandi di kamar kedua juga memiliki masalah kecil, yaitu sakelar sulit ditekan dan volume air tidak dapat diatur. Secara keseluruhan, pengalamannya cukup baik dan hemat biaya, tetapi disarankan agar fasilitas pancuran diperbaiki dengan benar.5,0/526 Jan 2025

The hotel is small, but the staff is friendly. The room was very small but adequate for a short stay. Bed and bathroom are basic, no furniture. It was clean. I decided to prolong my stay and after checking with the receptionist she wrote down my name and confirmed that the room had been booked. Just move from current room to another. In the morning the next day, the lady showed me the rooms, said she would clean first and explained where i could find he key later. Everything looked fine. Left my bags there and went out. When ive been exploring other side of the city in the evening, ill get an email saying if u dont have nay room and they are fully booked now! What! They told me unless ot make e booking online or pay directly to the front desk, which is fine, however no one has mentioned that earler. My booking was confirmed in person the day before. This was not sour. We need to come to pick up our luggage as quickly and look for another place to stay in during the night, so it was really hard to feel at all.
