🏠 House Rules
To maintain a clean, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these simple guidelines:

🚭 No smoking inside the villa. A RM150 fee applies for odor removal.

🔑 Lost item charges:

House key: RM20

Remote controller: RM120

Others: Market replacement value + service fee

👟 Please do not wear outside shoes inside the house.

🔇 Quiet hours after 11:00 PM to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood.

🧼 Keep the villa tidy; use provided garbage bags for all rubbish.

🗑️ Tie up garbage bags and place them in the outdoor trash bin before check-out.

⏰ Check-in: After 3:00 PM

⏰ Check-out: By 11:00 AM

RM30 will be charged for every 30 minutes (or part thereof) of late check-out.

🎨 No permanent markings, drawings, or alterations on any villa surface.

⚠️ Do not tamper with appliances or pool settings. Reinstatement fees may apply.

🧹 Additional cleaning/moving fees will be charged if our team is required to:

Return large items (e.g., mattresses, beds, tables, chairs) to original position

Dispose of excessive rubbish

Wash used cookware, BBQ pits, steamboat pots, kitchenware, and clean kitchen area

Remove leftover food and drinks from the fridge or oven

Take down decorative ornaments or party items

🔥 BBQ & Hotpot Clean-Up
The villa provides a charcoal BBQ pit and gas-powered steamboats upon request. Charcoal, mesh, fire starter, canister gas for hotpot can be purchased from nearby mini or supermart.

Guests must perform a basic clean-up after use.
A cleaning fee of RM20 per item will be charged if not cleaned.
