Sistem drainase gedungnya rusak dan seluruh kamar tempat saya menginap berbau seperti toilet umum. Meskipun pemandangan dari lantai paling atas sangat bagus, saya sarankan untuk tinggal di tempat lain dan pergi ke restoran dengan pemandangan lantai 20 untuk membayar makanan dan mengambil foto.

The rooms are quite nice, especially the bathroom. The location is also nice, you can see the petronas tower from the pool and other buildings. And it seems like the sheets havent been changed, they just sort of arranged more cleaning, the washing machine is very noisy at times. Although the entrance lobby doesnt have an air conditioner, it would be nice to have one but overall, the service is okay.

Kamarnya tidak buruk, meskipun memiliki pintu di dalam ruangan yang suara yang sangat mengganggu dapat terdengar sepanjang waktu. Harga restoran hotel agak mahal, tapi kolam renangnya sangat bagus. Staf hotel sangat ramah dan lokasi, meskipun jauh dari pusat kota, ada halte bus di dekatnya.

The room is a little outdated (older than in the booking photos), but in general, its in a good location, not too filthy, with clean linens and towels, a nice pool, and a bar on the roof and a Chinese shop on the bottom floor. Easy checkin and checkout. We had a late checkin, so it was fairly simple. The only thing you need is to notify the receptionist in advance.

Saya tidak menyangka saya mendapatkan kamar Suoerb yang sangat luas, sangat bersih dan nyaman serta memiliki pemandangan Menara Petronas dan gedung tertinggi lainnya di Kuala Lumpur. Lokasinya hanya berjalan kaki singkat dari stasiun, sehingga mudah diakses. Saya sangat merekomendasikannya.

I didnt anticipate having a Suoerb room, which is very roomy, spotless, and cozy, offering a fantastic view of kls tallest buildings and the petrolnas tower. Its conveniently located just a short stroll from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time during our four days there. The service was excellent in particular, and the checkin and checkout processes were simple and welcoming. Titi, the receptionist from home, even reserved us the grave for our trip to Melaka at 6.30 a. M., despite her absence from duty that day. Once again, thank you very much. Our wishes were also fulfilled right away.
