Downtown Retreat: 2BR at Neu Suites, Kuala Lumpur

As a Host, my aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our apartment.

But to do so, I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience.

Kitchen:
Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply cooking utensils should you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.

Lighting & A/C:
The property has air conditioner located across all rooms. Please ensure you switch off the lights and A/C when nobody is home and prior to check out.

Noise:
As neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 11pm if possible.

Other rules:
1. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the suite.
2. Please keep the house clean and rubbish in the rubbish bin provided. If you want to dispose the rubbish, there is a rubbish chute beside the lift.
3. Please take care of your access card. A replacement fee of RM150 will incur if lost or damaged.
4. No smoking allowed.
