We want you to enjoy your stay, but please respect the space and our house rules:

🚫 No illegal activities within the premises. (⚠️ Penalty: RM200)

👟 No shoes allowed inside the unit.

📜 Please follow management rules when using shared facilities.

🔇 Quiet hours: 11:00pm – 7:00am. (⚠️ Penalty: RM200)

❄️ Please switch off air-conditioning and lights when checking out.

🚭 No smoking inside the unit. (⚠️ Penalty: RM200)

🧼 Excessive dirtiness in the unit will incur an extra cleaning fee. (⚠️ RM120-RM240)

🗑️ No excessive trash, leftover food, or unwashed dishes upon check-out.

🛏️ Dirty or stained bed linens/towels may incur a cleaning fee. (⚠️ RM20–RM100)

🔑 Lost access card/key will be charged. (⚠️ RM200/per card, RM80/per key )

🧽 Mid-stay cleaning service is available upon request. (⚠️ RM60-RM120 per session)

⚠️ Strictly Not Allowed:
❌ Smoking

❌ Pets (no matter how cute)

❌ Durian

❌ Parties, gatherings, or events

‼️ Any damage to the walls, paint, or interior fixtures during your stay may result in a repair or replacement fee. We kindly remind guests to use only non-damaging materials for any decorations. In the event of damage caused by decorations or their removal, charges may apply (⚠️ RM300–RM500)
***Final charges will be based on the actual condition and repair cost. Thank you for helping us keep the home in great shape for future guests.

🍼 Extra Services (upon request):
- Extra floor mattress – RM50 /per stay
- Baby cot – RM100 /per stay

🧰 Luggage Storage Service:
- RM10 / per piece
- 9am - 6pm
- ONLY available at Paradigm & Pangsapuri Meridin Medini

🧺 Towels are provided according to the number of beds in the unit.
⚠️ No additional towels will be provided
⚠️ Replacement towels can be requested for long-term stays only

- Subject to approval and availability
- Advance request required (At least 2 days before check-in)
- Eligible for stays of 3 nights or more
- Studio & 1-Bedroom unit are NOT allowed unless staying 1 month or longer

⏰ Early Check-In Policy

✅ Advance request required:
- Apartment: RM30 /per hour
- Penthouse: RM50 /per hour (for units accommodating 9 pax and above)

⏰ Late Check-Out Policy
✅ Check-out time: 11:00 AM
✅ Advance request required:
- Apartment: RM30 /per hour
- Penthouse: RM50 /per hour (for units accommodating 9 pax and above)
✅ From 4:00 PM onward, full-day rate will be charged
