All the staff members in the hotel are really very helpful and supporting. We enjoyed our 33-day stay very much. Would like to say plenty "Terima kasih" once again to them. Located in the center of the city. Very convenient to find various eating places, shops, and other enjoyable places. Thank you for the free drive to the airport.

장소가 조금 무섭네요 ㅠ.ㅜ... 위험한 적은 없었지만 밤이 되면 주변이 무서워요 ㅎㅎ 다른 호텔로 가기 전에 새벽 체크인 했는데 가격대비 만족했습니다 ^.^ 짐보관 서비스도 잘 이용하였구요!

작고 아담한 숙소인데, 직원분들은 친절합니다. 엄청 깨끗한 객실은 아니지만, 잘 쉬고 잘 잤습니다. 바로 옆에 센터포인트가 있고 시장, 환전소 등 위치가 좋습니다.

다이빙 목적으로 코타키나발루를 방문했고, 제셀톤포인트 근처에서 2박 할 곳이 필요했습니다. 택시요금이 비싸고, 시내 전체 택시요금이 동일하기때문에 쇼핑몰, 관광지, 음식점과의 접근성이 중요한데 호텔 근처에 볼것, 먹을것이 많아 3일동안 딱 4번 택시를 이용했습니다. (호텔 체크인, 선데이마켓 왕복, 호텔체크아웃) 냉장고가 없고, 조식이 없는것을 제외하면 완벽한 호텔입니다!!!! 시설: 샤워부스, 세면대, 변기, 샴푸, 바디젤, 헤어드라이어, TV, 침대(퀸), 금고, WIFI 주변 시설: 스타벅스, 맥도날드, 센터포인트, 워터프런트호텔, 필리피노마켓, KK프라자, 7eleven, 웰컴시푸드, 古寸(고촌 시푸드), 双天(상다인 시푸드), D-tuch 마사지

This hotel is small, however this is nice because it is close to a shopping area and a seafood restaurant. I liked my shopping spree for pearls at the night market near the Meridian Hotel. Loves durian and local foods. Nice staff.

A wonderful and peaceful hotel for budget-conscious travellers. The location of this hotel is wonderful. It is in the middle of OK's business district. You can find all kinds of shopping malls and eateries to satisfy your delectable palates.

The hotel was next to the center point mall. Within walking distance of Filipino markets and restaurants. The stay was worth the price. The rooms were as advertised in their photographs, and we had a wonderful time. From the first glance at the room, I found it very clean and tidy and equipped with amenities such as free wifi, telephone, nice mattresses, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. However, looking closer, if you're like me and clean freaks, you'll discover some bad touch-ups and chipped paint on the corners. The hotel has an outside elevator possibly due to the structural integrity, but if you use it just to go down a few floors down, you'll find yourself holding your breath as it wasn't cleaned properly and stubs of cigarettes and an unpleasant smell floating over it. The hotel reception was excellent overall. We were greeted by a smiley and pleasant receptionist the rooms were good, but you couldn't ask for a lovely view as it's in a building surrounded by commercial areas, cleaning service was excellent, and wifi connection is great. Also, the hotel offers laundry service and airport shuttle service for a fee. We could even store our luggage there after checkout time for free for a few hours as our flight was at night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They serve delicious food with local ingredients. The size of the room is small but comfortable. I spent some time shopping for pearls in the night market close to the Medina hotel.

This place is not recommended. The hotel was next to the centerpoint mall. Some of the nearest restaurants and Filipino markets are reachable on foot. The hotel's front desk personnel were all very welcoming. We enjoyed our time there because the rooms had the pictures they had provided, and the rooms were spotless and tidy. I first saw the accommodation, which had amenities like complimentary internet, a phone, lovely mattresses, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. If you enjoy cleanliness like me, the little gaps and corners can reveal a few dirty touches ups and cracked paint. The building structure is in good shape, so there is an outdoor elevator, but if you simply use the staircase to descend a few floors, you'll be holding your breath as it was not cleaned correctly, and there are cigarette smoke and an unpleasant smell floating over it. The hotel has laundry service and an airport shuttle service for a fee.

The only one thing that is frustrating is the check-out service, you have to wait for them to check the condition of the room before you leave. They also collect the Rs 50 deposit. This hotel is located close to the shopping mall and night market Pasar Filipino. The main building just crossed the road.

It smelled wet. Had to exit the hotel to get to the elevator which is a bit strange. However, the location is good and some bars and restaurants on the waterfront are easy to get. I won't be staying there again, it's a bit rotten.

This hotel has a center point right across the road. The room has a lovely design, as is the complete facilities. However, the WiFi connection is very slow, which is fine. Then, they collect the deposit 50, which is only a little expensive at the moment.

The location is excellent and easy to get to some bars and restaurants on the waterfront. However, the hotel smells musty. To reach the elevator, one has to leave the hotel. This place is dirty. Definitely will not come back.
