This hotel is only suitable for one nigjt stay. Very fast guest changeover rate, not surprised the staff have trouble keeping up with the cleanliness of the place. My room was at the end of the hall, but it was directly across the service elevator and emergency exit so it was kind of noisy. Breakfast was sufficient for my group and there was no refill.

A comfortable, roomy, and spacious hotel that is appropriate for the price offered. The hotel room is spacious and cozy. The food served is delectable, tasty, and spotless. Excellent and courteous hotel staff service. Ideal for a family vacation during the school holidays.

Convenient location with easy access to adjacent event halls. The surrounding area may be a bit gloomy and quiet at night. The room is fine, although there is some wear and tear here and there. Comfortable beds and pillows. Daily housekeeping service. Good normal temperature, hot water pressure and central air conditioning. Nice and large reception area with friendly staff.

Situated at skypark usj. The hotel is good, but not as well renowned due to its location. The adjacent mall is poorly filled. Not a place to hang out. Parking is available at skypark mall, the hotel will redeem my tnG card for parking. The pool is undergoing maintenance, and the cafe is closed. The room is spacious and clean.

I hope things get better after the pandemic. Very clean room and great staff at the reception. Very friendly housekeeper event although they have to keep the distance from the guest they still project a friendly and cozy atmosphere. However, the amenities in the room need attention, such as the fridge which stopped working the next day, the sink was clogged and it took about 30 minutes to fully drain and one of the towels had lots of holes in it, i was alone so i only needed one towel.

The parking entrance is perplexing. The amenities in the rooms are excellent. Although the hotel staff is helpful, they need to be more alert. It is simple to locate stores close by where you can purchase various goods. The food is mediocre with a limited selection. The swimming pool is nice, but not suitable for many children.
