Kindly refrain from relocating and moving our furniture, sofas, beds and mattresses. You will be charged for repairs to reinstate the damaged floors and furniture as a result from such moving if any.
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Serious complaints of unruly behavior and excessive noise will result in you being asked to leave.
No pets are allowed in the House.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind or engaging in any legal activity, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any disposable items in the trash bin. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
Only registered guests are allowed - all other unregistered guests will not be allowed entry.
Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is at 12:00pm. No exception to check-in and check-out time without prior approval.
If receiving visitors during your stay, all visitors must vacate the property by 10pm.
There is strictly a No Party / No Function Policy in the House.
We kindly ask that you switch off the lights and air conditioner when its not in use or leaving the house.
To ensure we keep the floors clean for our guests enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our Home.
There shall not be smoking/vape/e-cigarette or candles inside the Home. There will be a substantial additional cleaning fee to remove odors and stains.
