The most valuable hotel near petaling street. This hotel is very clean and the staff are generous. I believe this hotel has only recently been renovated so all facilities are still in good condition. Dev is the best staff, very generous and accommodating. The facilities are also very good, there is a water dispenser on the ground floor and an open space on the rooftop. The location is quite good. You can take the purple line bus to travel around the city for only rm 1, the bus stop is exactly in front of the hotel. The mrt and bus stations are within a 5 minute walk. The room is very small, we had trouble praying muslim together in the room. The bathroom is also small, you can take dump and shower at the same time, only one person can take a shower. But i guess thats what you get for a room far below rm 100 in kl. If you have more money, try some hotels around klcc. But this one is good for those with tight budget.

The staff was friendly and checked me in quickly. The rooftop terrace is a nice bonus. You wake up right in the middle of chinatown, literally on petaling street.

Hotel baru di renovasi bulan April 2025. Bersih dan nyaman sekali. Ukuran kamar tidak terlalu besar tapi lokasi strategis. Banyak tempat yang bisa dikunjungi didekatnya, mau naik kendaraan umum banyak pilihannya, makanan banyak pilihan dengan harga murah, mau belanja atau beli oleholeh deket sama petaling street dan mydin sinar kota.

Best price, nice location and not so hard to find halal food. Surprisingly this hotel has a rooftop area on the 7th floor so you can spend time with friends and maybe with your family. Rooms they have many options such as single bedrooms for one person to stay and more than one person can try to have queen bedrooms or family triple bedrooms.

The location is excellent at the entrance of chinatown, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room, 7002, was recently renovated a month earlier. The rooms are small, but very comfortable, with a 5star quality mattress and pillows. Cleanliness could be improved, but it was fine. Very friendly checkin and received a room upgrade. The only downside is that the trash guys cleaned the backyard at 4.30 am and it was too noisy, so a room without windows can be preferable at times. I would stay here again!.

(+) Lokasi bagus, dekat ke MRT plaza rakyat dan pasar seni, makanan halal banyak, daerah ramai bahkan sampai malam jadi ga takut, kamar sempit tapi cukup untuk solat jadi ga masalah, kamar mandi sempit tapi tekanan shower kencang, ac dingin, kasur dan bantal nyaman banget, dan penting nih ada dispenser di lobby. (-) Di gambar ada kulkasnya, ternyata dapat kamar yg ga ada kulkas, ada debu di ujung gorden dan belakang tempat tidur tapi masih dimaafkan, rooftop cakep tapi kurang terurus, kadang tercium bau rokok dari lorong kamar, entah dari kamar lain atau dari mana.
