The hotel room was big, clean and had all the necessary facilities. The free breakfast thrown in was a treat. I will recommend this hotel for it is a good hotel for the price. As the motto of the hotel says- more luxury for less.

We booked a deluxe family room, the room is big and clean, the bed is so comfy and the staffs are friendly. The breakfast is OK, they have delicious nuggets btw! We are satisfied and definitely will come back again!

This is my first time staying here. The location is good, the room is clean and comfortable, the view is beautiful, the breakfast is ok, but the staff are not very friendly. Overall, this hotel is just fine.

Checkin went quickly and efficiently. On october 9, 23, i was assigned room 410 on the fourth floor. It was like entering a frigid chamber as soon as i exited the elevator. The room was also chilly. I changed the honeywell wall pad. The wall pad read 17 degrees celsius a few hours later, and i slept because i believed it would later adjust. The temperature was reading 15 degrees celsius. The barbeque restaurant across the street was loud and played loud music. The next day, i asked for a change, and they gave me a warm room on the fifth level. I advise them to update their air conditioning systems. Naim at the front desk was very accommodating and accommodating with a room change, and there was a nice spot to park the bike in front.

Recommended. The hotel is cozy and spotless. Conveniently situated in the heart of kuantan city, it provides easy access to neighboring tourist attractions.

The location is strategic and I can go places that need to go to, and also the room was clean only the exhaust pan I had to clean as I stayed in a smoking room. They were worth the money. And no, this room was not soundproof as I could be standing next to it doing their thing while sleeping.

This place is not a luxury and not authentic, but still a nice place. We stayed in a family room. It has a very comfortable place. The room has a king and a single bed which is comfortable for 2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 child. I found it comfortable since I have upgraded the room with modern amenities. The beds are wonderful. They provide breakfast for the breakfast and don't expect fancy options, so it's not bad.

Our room is neat and clean. The bathroom also has a shower antislip pad. Great water pressure. The water heater works well. The room is soundproof, much better than one wellknown hotel by the river. Comfortable bedding. Free parking. The buffet is fine, it is basic and simple. There are noodles, rice, congee, cereal and bread. Overall, it is worth the price and i would come back.
