Staff were excellent. Room exceeded expectations. Complimentary wifi, plus allowed the use of an additional room to shower several hours after checkout. Location was perfect.

The environment is very welcoming, from the lobby to the rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sabrina golden palace hotel is a very convenient and affordable hotel located in the centre of Bukit Bintang.

Clean room & toilet! that's very important. location is good, walkable distance to shopping centres; lot 10 (5 minutes), pavilion (10 -15 minutes), low yat (5 minutes), Berjaya Times Square (10 -15 minutes). Room clean and confortable, friendly staff , strong wifi , I recommend everybody

We stayed here with family (2 kids) in December 2015. The best part of the hotel is its location. Right behind was Jalan Alor - you get fabulous street food. All kinds of restaurants, malls were within walking distance. Evening was interesting with all kinds of road side setup of karaoke, painters, and so on. We had booked family room...

Nice room , friendly staff , attractive Lobby special I like this hotel rate , this rate u can't find hotel in Bukit bintang. Surrounding many shopping mall like BP plaza, pavilion , lot 10 and time square. 24 hour famous food street Jalan alor , 3 min walk monorail train station n 24 hour taxi service. I recommended those friend who have limited budget.

黄色い花が生えていたので鑑賞していたのですが、よく見るとキノコでした。タクシーを呼んだら雑居ビルに連れていかれ普通車に乗せられチョコレート屋とお茶屋(一袋15000円！)と皮革製品屋に連れていかれ、最終的にタクシー会社に置き去りにされました。シャワーはぬるく、すぐ水になります。いろんな虫がいます。停電もありました。深夜3時まで隣のカラオケが聴こえます。チェックアウトの時はブスッとした表情で無言。明後日の方向を向いていました。しかし、立地は最高です。周囲には怪しくて楽しい人たちがいます。TVもあります。旅にハプニングを求めている人には最高だと思います。

잘란알로야시장 갈거라면 최고의 위치에요. 여자 혼자 12시까지 야시장에 있다가 숙소가도 될 정도로 2분?3분밖에 안걸려요. 파빌리온도 5분이면 갈 수 있어요. 1층에서 리셉션까지는 엘리베이터가 없는데 앞에 있는 직원들한테 부탁하면 방까지 짐 갖다주고, 다들 엄청 친절해요. 대신 방이랑 화장실이 엄청 작고 조금 더러워요. 첫날에는 조금 힘들었지만 그래도 4일동안 싼 값에 편안하게 지냈어요.

チェックイン時、予約がが入っていないと言われ、アイパッドで予約画面を見せたところ英語版を見せろと言われました。やっとチェックイン出来て部屋に入ってトイレを使ったところ水が止まらなくなりました。再びフロントに行きへｙ水回りの修理を依頼したところ、直らないので部屋を変えてもらうことになりました。この時20リンギットを要求されました。翌日朝食をとろうとしたところ有料だというので、チェックアウトしてしまいました。ここはお勧めできません。

The hotel is located next to the central shopping area of KL, and I never felt inconvenient staying there. If access to the central area is the top priority, at least it will never let you down. So the problem lies in the room condition. Once I got into the hotel, I was welcomed with the smell typical of damp and badly maintained house. Sad to say that It was the same in my room. (Although it might be the problem of entire hotel, and maybe the building itself, as most of the buildings in the block looked pretty old.) Many of the facilities in the room, including air conditioner and hot shower, were not working. It was not the worst hotel that I have stayed so far, but I couldn't help thinking that I got what I paid for.

値段安いので寝るだけと思って利用してみました。部屋入った瞬間カビ臭い(;~∧~;)。エクスペディアで掲載されてる写真と随分違う室内。ベッドのスプリングがボコボコ。お湯出ない。排水詰まってる。等など他のレビューでも記載されてるままでした。それでも値段安いので想定の範囲内でした。ですが朝８時頃からのリフォーム工事の音には耐えられませんでした。昼まで寝たかったのに、、、。
