1. Check-in / Check-out:
- Check-in: After 3:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Please inform us if you will be arriving later than 9:00 PM.

2. Respect Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

3. No Smoking:
- No smoking inside the house.

4. No Parties or Events:
- Please respect the space and avoid hosting large gatherings, parties, or events. Small gatherings are acceptable if you keep noise levels to a minimum.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
- Please do not exceed the number of guests indicated in your booking.

6. Cleanliness
- Please leave the house in the same condition as you found it. Kindly dispose of all trash in the bins provided.
- We provide cleaning services before and after your stay, but guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their visit.

7. Pets:
- Pets are allowed on the property.

8. Respect Neighbors:
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and community. No loud music or disturbances, especially at night.

9. Parking:
- Private free carpark (can fit 4 cars) located outside the fence gate of building.

10. Security & Safety:
- Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the house.
- CCTV cameras are installed for the safety of the property and its guests. Do not tamper with or disable cameras.

11. Food & Drinks:
- Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen area.
- No cooking of strong-smelling food in the house to avoid disturbing others.

12. Damage or Loss:
- Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss to the property or belongings during their stay. Please report any issues immediately to the host.

13. Respect House Equipment & Appliances:
- Please use household appliances (TV, etc.) with care and as per instructions.
- Any malfunctions should be reported immediately to the host.
