Our room in tower I was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. Breakfast is beautiful and includes a wide variety of foods. Highly recommend this hotel.

I can go on about my disappointment. Here are some examples I can remember. From the room we received, I would have preferred at least a city view since this hotel was appealing to us due to the first sight. Our accommodation faced a wall of the building next door. I assume they decide who gets the gorgeous rooms. We hoped to get some kickback views of the pool, similar to those shown in the photographs because the room did not have a view. We were hoping for some kind of kickback from the pool since the skyview pool is 10 people each day and is not accessible from the room. This is not something you should overlook. The room's kitchen's appliances were not cleaned properly. On my butter knife, I have butterhardened. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bedspread was dusty. Not the luxurious pillows and comforters you typically see in hotels. While we were asleep, housekeeping entered the room. 6 There is no phone in the room, and we are able to contact the hosts whatsapp without receiving a response. 7 No channels set on the to and we rely on Netflix to stay online, having to sign in on our own account or youtube, which gets degraded by poor wifi. 8 There are no stores in the vicinity, just a vending machine in the lobby area.
