Brand new hotel in a convinently lbut quiet ocation in Georgetown. Walking distance to many eateries and local sights plus plenty of transportation options including Penang Central Transit Area (CAT) buses connecting to Komtar and Jetty (Pangkalan Tun Uda) for ferry connnection to the mainland.

Please educate the cleaning service better, because they work very early in the morning cleaning the next room, opening and closing the door several times roughly, cleaning the room roughly too, very noisy, so that it disturbs our peaceful sleep, they should know that if there are still guests resting in the next room they should work well not just slamming the door open and close several times, the door can be opened and held so that they do not need to slam the door when they have to go in and out of the room. Do they do that on purpose? The first day we stayed was very quiet, we were very happy to find the hotel, but the 2nd and 3rd days were like hell.

Efektif mulai 1 Juni 2014, Dewan Kota Penang telah memberlakukan Pajak Dewan Daerah sebesar MYR 3 per kamar per malam untuk hotel bintang 4 dan 5 sedangkan MYR 2 per kamar per malam untuk hotel bintang 0 hingga 3.
