If guest choose not to comply, host house reserves the right to REFUSE guest further service and require guest to leaving the premises. 🔹No movement/re-arrangement of the furniture in the apartment without permission from the host. 🔹No pets are allowed in the apartment. Guests having pets in the apartment will be charged for cleaning fee and damaged items. 🔹No party or event is allowed inside the apartment. 🔹STRICTLY NO DRUGS/illegal activities inside the apartment. We reserve right to make police report. 🔹This apartment is strictly for accommodation purpose and NOT commercial activities (i.e: photo shooting & videography and other business dealing). Additional charges will be impose for photo shooting, videography and other business dealing. 🔹No Durian or strong smelling food in the apartment. 🔹Please close all windows and doors before leaving the apartment. 🔹Guests shall be responsible for any damages/loss of the items/furniture in the apartment. 🔹No food and drinks in the room to avoid spillage and attraction of ants. 🔹Please do not THROW TOWEL on floor. Extra cleaning fees RM20/towel will be charged if towel extremely dirty. Damage charge RM30/towel (Towel with stain that cannot be wash) . 🔹Additional cleaning fee will be imposed if the apartment is left in a MESS/extremely dirty. 🔹Save Earth, Save Energy. Please Switch OFF Electricity When Away. Please turn all switch & air cond off upon CHECK OUT. 🔹Use of kitchen should only be LIGHT cooking and should be cleaned up after usage. 🔹We are operating agoda with fullest responsibility. Especially for safety on Covid-19 to our community and neighborhood. We definitely won't accept guests who wish to occupy our unit as quarantine center. All sanitize and disinfection liability costs are the responsibility of the guests during the stay. 🔹Management requires proper SWIMSUIT to access to the pool.
