Guests are fully liable for any breach of property rules, including damages, defects, loss of keys/access cards, misuse of parking, wet entry into lifts, or actions leading to fines or summons. All related costs will be charged to the guest without exception.
The front desk will open until 1 AM. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. However, please note that check-in is only possible after 3 PM.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are phasing out all single-use plastic items, including bottled mineral water and plastic utensils. In place of bottled water, each unit is now thoughtfully equipped with an electric kettle, allowing guests to conveniently boil and enjoy clean drinking water. Guests are required to pay Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) of MYR 3.00 per room per night, as required by the Pahang State Government. This amount is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly to the hotel.
