Tidak ada seorang pun di konter. Semua karyawan berada di hotel sebelah. Tidak butuh waktu satu menit untuk berjalan, tetapi kami harus menunggu selama 20 menit.

Self checkin hotel makes it easy to grab your room key and head to your room. There is no place to check you in or out and you receive a password to grab your key. If you need assistance they are quick to respond and will help you. The location is nice and close to a food court and many different shops. We spend some of our days walking around town finding all the street art.

Kamarnya kecil tanpa jendela, tetapi dengan semua yang Anda butuhkan. Kamar mandi bersih, tempat tidur nyaman, lokasi sangat bagus untuk mengunjungi kota dengan berjalan kaki.

Hotel ini modern, terletak sangat bagus di pusat kota tetapi di jalan yang tenang. Ruangan terlihat direnovasi, bersih dan ber-AC. Yang buruk adalah tidak ada jendela.

Hotelnya ok, hanya parkiran tidak terlalu sulit bagi pengunjung yang datang. Saya harus membayar biaya parkir luar 1 jam RM 2. Bayangkan harus membayar parkir 1 malam di bundar yang aman RM 30 per hari. Air di kamar tidak stabil, air tiba-tiba cepat. Tiba-tiba perlahan kembali. Terkejut-keju saat mandi. AC-nya bagus, tempat tidur kingnya bagus. Puji karena ada pemanas air, minuman dan kue ringan untuk tamu. Tolong perbaiki tekanan air yang tidak stabil dan sediakan parkir untuk pengunjung yang menyewa hotel. Setelah ini mungkin saya tidak akan datang lagi karena memikirkan masalah parkir.

Overall, the location is good, close to local attractions. I love the self checkin and checkout concept. To be honest, it doesnt have much privacy because you can clearly hear what other people are doing or talking about in the next room. So you have to slow down with whatever you do.

Excellent location for sightseeing, bus, and ferry travel. Basic items can be purchased at the lower level. Excellent lodging. Lovely, spotless decor, a cozy bed, and a kettle in the room with a water dispenser in the lobby. There is iron available. Simple whatsapp code checkin.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and located in downtown, not far from any highlights and ferry piers. Water, tea, coffee and cockies are offered every day. The wifi was unstable but after service the staff it worked well. Unfortunately we had a room without a window which was a bad surprise as it was not mentioned in the description of the room. Unfortunately the room smelled like old water a bit, which is not surprising as there was no window to ventilate the room. For a short period it is absolutely fine.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. This hotel uses selfcheckin, which is very convenient. The staff provided excellent assistance via an online platform. The facilities provided were really worth the price. The rooms are clean and nice. Recommended for those traveling on a budget - solo or family.

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and helped me rent a motorbike at a higher rate! Strategic location. They provided cookies with tea and coffee! Although there was no toothbrush paste or shampoo. Hot water was available. Wifi. Best value for money.

The hotel is nice, situated in the town, near the jetty, but the receptionist was not very friendly. But when i checked out in the morning, the different staff was nice.

This hotel is very close to the pengkalan weld pier and the bus terminal. It only takes less than 3 minutes to arrive. Also close to street art at gatchulia street. The nearby atm machine is cimb which is just a few blocks from this hotel. The price is much cheaper compared to the facilities provided. I booked a superior twin room with a private bathroom inside too. The room is quite spacious for me and my friend.

Its a hotel close to the port of georgetown port and very close to art street and bar street, making it one of your best options for staying in penang. I stayed here for 5 days, and i enjoyed the 5 star services, including helping you prepare the umbrella, preparing the paper for the interview,recommending the nearest laundry room and amusement places, helping you check and restart the wifi, helping you take care of the suitcase after checkout, and so on. And by the way, there is a store next to the hotel, so its really convenient.

Overall, i didnt regret staying here and will return. The hotel is ideally situated near pengkalan weld and heritage spots, so if youre looking for a place to stay near this area and are on a tight budget, this is the place to stay. The amenities are clean and quiet, perfect for a peaceful night after a long day out. The counter staff is friendly and helpful, the only regrettable aspect is the spotty wifi, but at least the owner is aware of it.
