Deposit of rm500 is needed for security purposes. It is refundable after check out under the condition that the unit is safe and left the same as per check in.
1. Please do not move our beds or mattress ,if you want to move it kindly return to the original position before checkout.
2. Please do not throw sanitary pads into the toilet bowl. Kindly wrap it and throw it into the dustbin.
3. Please do not wash your personal clothings with our household items, e.g Towels, Bedsheets, etc.
4. Please do not plug the wifi cable in and out to avoid cable damage and disconnection of wifi.
5. Please do not smoke in the room to avoid smell of smoke stays in rooms and furniture . If any signs of littering of cigarette buds at the balcony is found, we will impose a fine of RM50.
6. If door is spoilt and locked from inside, couldn't open due to guest's fault, guest will be responsible for all of the repair fee (locksmith's service).
7. Please take notice to not leave any on the towels and mattresses, eg. Period Stains, Food Stains, and other Stubborn Stains.
8. Strictly not allowed:
- - Don’t stick anything on the wall and glass, once found penalty rm100.
- Littering of cigarette butts and rubbish off the balcony
- Commitment of illegal activities, such as drug dealing/consuming, illegal gambling business operations, etc.
9. We don’t have any more extra toilet rolls to give because we have provided enough inside the unit and there’s nobody around to replenish and deliver the stock. If you need more, please prepare it by your own means.
10. If found set off firecrackers in front of the gate and door, there will be an additional charge of Rm200. We have provided a place for firecrackers set off.
11. Check out time is 12pm, late check out after 12pm will direct charge rm80 and goes up by following hours.
12. Clothes dryer and washing machine cannot be used together at the same time, once overheat and damaged customer will bear the cost of repair.
