The location is near to the city of pulaumelaka and there are many food stations within walking distance. Traffic congestion is expected, especially during peak hours. Limited tv channels and wifi connections. Rooms are suitable for short weekends but because they are fully booked during the holiday season, there may be a water shortage.

Harga kamar di Mahkota Parade RM 300 per malam untuk kamar keluarga eksklusif karena CNY. Mmg berharap eksklusif dan berpadanan, tapi hampa. Lokasi strategis dengan Mahkota Parade dan tempat wisata lainnya, tetapi dari segi kenyamanan itu sangat buruk. Staf tidak ramah karena saya menelepon untuk konfirmasi booking, tetapi tidak ramah, bahkan jika saya membayar setengah harga. Kain tua tidak ada. Karena ketika saya tiba jam 3 pagi, saya harus check-in jam 4 sore, tetapi jam 4 baru bisa masuk karena housekeeping sedang membersihkan kamar, jadi mungkin handuk tidak cukup bahkan saya meminta. Awalnya staf mengatakan jam 1 bisa check-in, ternyata jam 3 pagi dan baru bisa masuk jam Tapi saya senang dengan sikap manajer atau pemilik dia memberi saya check-out hanya dalam satu jam. Sarapan memiliki mee magie yang enak dan nasi goreng dan telur goreng saja. Air jeruk, kopi, teh. Pertama-tama saya agak terkejut karena membayar RM 300 semalam. Selesai: 5 per 10 (pintu kamar mandi memiliki masalah kunci) Air panas: 0 per 10 (pintu kamar memiliki masalah kunci pintu) Air mandi tidak ada air yang basah: 0 Per 10 Air panas: 10 Air dingin:10 Per 10 Lift hotel dapat digunakan: 0 Per 10 Lelangsir, jadi untuk tukar pakaian seperti: 0 Per 10 Karyawan dan manajer: 6: 6: 10 (walaupun tidak ramah tapi senyum) Layanan perlu ditingkatkan.

We had a good time and had an enjoyable stay at green town hotel. The entire staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They always greeted us and smiled at us. Its location is great. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped with all the essentials and i love the view. Clean and comfortable. Recommended and will be back!.

Hotel ini tidak menyediakan kupon parkir. Waktu penggunaan internet tidak tersedia, saluran TV tidak tersedia, dan cat kamar mandinya juga tidak rapi. Saya harus standby untuk mendapatkan kupon parkir.

This hotel is fantastic! We were unaware that this was such a highend establishment when we made the reservation. The rooms are cozy, roomy, and spotless. Every day, the breakfast buffet is excellent and changes. Particularly the security guard who always gave us hugs. You wont regret staying here!.
