This hotel was generally quite good, but we will certainly return if we make a lower reservation price! All I need to do to set an expectation is just that, the hotel's papplication photo of the room you'll be staying in may not match yours exactly. The picture was nice and spacious, but our room appeared a little narrower and had a different layout. The bed type and the size were the only things that remained as expected. As a result, I felt that the niceness of the room did not completely justify the price that was spent per night here. The front desk is rather casual, occasionally one person, other times two, but they can work together. There are no complaints. For those who prefer their rooms kept in order, we left the "don't clean rooms" sign, but they cleaned our room anyway. We didn't care about that. Hotel is generally old but not in need of repair. Three stars because there are no bed bugs, which is a big one for us. Our bedroom had a clean, non-smoking sheet. Bravo to hallmark!

It was comfortable to stay there. The room and bathroom were clean. Toiletries were provided. Not far from the hotel in Bukit Baru was food stalls which sell very tasty mee basah( wet noodles) and satay which starts business around 7pm

The hotel service was excellent.It was at the Heart of Melaka town.Walking distance to all the tourist attractions.Room service was good.Bathroom was is a good shape.The shower head was giving abit of a problem.

I have been staying in hallmark at so many place, this is the firs time i stay at hallmark view, i was up sad about they only a lot us with 1 room card as i im paying and staying for the most expensive room.

Its great that the hotel is renovating their rooms. Dont forget to also upgrade the floor of the room. The room furniture is great and all, but the carpets need to be replaced. There are many cheaper alternatives for floors available now, please no more carpets.

The hotel is close to the main road and the mosque. There is a limited parking area and wheelchair access is not available. The room and toilet conditions were comfortable, but we had to wait a long time to get bath towels, the fridge didnt work, and there was an iron cloth that didnt fit. The admission process was good.

This place is a great choice. Convenient with food shops, a local market, and food stalls nearby, including convenience stores like family mart and cu. We are away from the crowds and noise because it is not in the city center. The rooms are clean and have basic amenities. The hotel has machines selling snacks and drinks. Overall, a great choice.

I stayed in a single room. Not bad. Breakfast options are limited, but okay. Situated in a different building, but not far. Parking lot is quite small. If you drive an suv or mpv, the lot is small. Nice rooftop swimming pool. The bed is a bit hard! Limited tv channels. Near town. The area is not busy. Nice place to stay. Furniture is a bit off. Need replacement or upkeep. There is no free drinking water in the room, but there is a water dispenser in the hallway. The toilet is fine. Nice hot or cold shower. Bring your own shower foam, soap is odorfree.
