the hotel room is good and clean, very near to Jonker Street, will book again in the future, but with some minor concerns. 1) double storey room - bathroom at Level 2, bedroom at Level 3. If you have old folks that have knees problem, better to reconsider, else, it's good. 2) Parking - free parking, yet, you need to call and get staff to bring you to the parking, or walk over to opposite Heeren Palm Hotel to get assistant. 3) Pillows are too soft, our necks had a bit of problem on the next day, not serious.

I like: cleanliness, the Superior King room can accommodate for 4 pax. It's a great idea for family with kids but might not be good for elderly since the bedroom is at the upstairs. The design gives the feeling of relax, comfort.. I don't like: the ground floor is quiet and should make the atmosphere more lively. However the main hotel "Heeren Palm Suite" at the opposite is a good one... it's a good experience staying in a Baba-Nyonya hotel in Melaka! What do you think having a cup of coffee in a Baba-Nyonya hotel?

One of our favourite stays in Malacca. The service staff are excellent and go all the way to help. However, they had to shuttle between Heereen Palm Suites and Heereen Straits Hotel. Breakfast was a decent spread of local food and we loved the handmade epok epok with lots of fillings (and feelings). Great location but a nightmare getting Grab into and out of the area during the long holiday weekend, otherwise it should be fine. Overall, a pleasant stay for a family of 4.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms were lovely and comfy. The location is great because there is a subway and a stadium within walking distance. The room has Netflix for entertainment, which is not expected. If you have very heavy luggage, do ask for the ground floor rooms as they have to carry it up one flight of stairs. The staff was also very helpful. There is parking at the back of this palm suites, which is only a short drive away. We would come back here for another stay.

Pajak ini akan dikenakan pada saat check-in dan tidak termasuk di harga kamar dan pajak yang tertera.

[Sekarang - 31 Desember 2024] Dewan Kota Melaka akan menerapkan pajak kebudayaan sebesar MYR 2 per kamar per malam untuk semua pemesanan di hotel bintang 0 hingga 5. Star rating akan sesuai dengan rating dari pemerintah daerah setempat. Jika rating berbeda dengan informasi yang tertera di website, maka rating dari pemerintah daerah yang akan berlaku. Pajak ini wajib dibayarkan ke hotel saat check-in dan tidak termasuk di harga kamar dan pajak yang tertera.
