Amazing stay in Taiping. Nice apartment. Great pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Could have more cups and cutlery for the kitchenette but otherwise an amazing stay.

The location is quite strategic, just 300 meters from the famous Taiping Lake Garden. There is no better place to go for a vacation when you're in town. A very comfortable and reasonable boutique hotel. The rooms are warm and the price is also quite reasonable. The prices are also reasonably priced.

The location was excellent. Near most tourist attractions. If you'd like, you could even go jogging to the lakeside gardens and zoo. Overall, a wonderful destination for large groups. Love the space. Love the privacy. The room was right outside our door. The location was excellent. Close to most of the sightseeing attractions.

We stayed for one night. Good room, with a swimming pool, near to the lake. The room was unclean, and the hallway, balcony, and stairs were all covered in bird droppings, especially at the top floor. The brunch was decent, but there were limited ala carte options. However, the doorbell operator left the luggage in the elevator and didn't send it to the room.

Staying here for the night was great and this hotel offers a swimming pool and close to the lake. But the room was also very dirty, the hallway, balcony, and stairs were littered with bird droppings everywhere. The breakfast was nice, but there weren't many ala carte options. The doorman didn't send the luggage to the room because he left them in the lift.

All is good except there's no restaurant or convenience store @ the hotel. All the suites on the ground floor are duplex and facing the pool which are ideal for families with children. But we chose to staye at the Emerald Suite on the top floor bcos both the rooms are on the same floor which is ideal for senior cotizen who can't climb the stairs and it's more quieter and private. The hotel is situated in a residential area and just a short distance to the beautiful park...abt 3 mins drive. Overall we had a great stay at The Hermitage n wud definitely recommed anyone to stay here.

Toilet seat cover was not in the good condition and the best part is we saw lizard under the bed ! Furthermore ,the socket no cover.
