Very helpful reception! We made a lastminute reservation through an online platform. They upgraded us with breakfast and changed our room. Breakfast is not for european taste. Please clean the carpets! The pool without a bar and chairs is also not very welcoming. The gym looks very unsafe. About 30 minutes walking distance from downtown - 7 rim with grab.

The hotel is nice with secure underground parking, very convenient considering the bad weather over the few days we were in kuching. The room is clean, the shower is strong and the ac is very cold. The room service is also great, they serve proper cutlery and clean it before morning.

The room is very nice and the ac was turned on before i checked in. Parking space is large enough to park my truck. However, breakfast is not like it used to be, the menu choices are limited.

The rooms are nice and spacious. But the rooms are very cold. I only had breakfast buffet on the first morning. Nice egg and noodle station but the other dishes were substandard. Better to venture out and try local delicacies.

The receptionist is very friendly and respectful. The rooms are very clean. Parking area is convenient. Although a bit far from town, i love staying here. Away from noisy and busy places.

I still had a good and pleasant experience staying here. Photos taken before checkout. So a little messy. Very spacious room for a single king bed. Cleanliness 10/10. My room is in tower a so quite far to go to the swimming pool.

Hock lee appears shady and deserted from the outside. It is connected to a nearly empty retail center. My room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and consisted mainly of carbohydrates like rice, noodles, curries, bread, and cakes. My main gripe is that the bath towels were old and worn.

When i try hard to remember the hock lee hotel. This reminds me of the legendary hock lee. Born on march 20, 1987, is an american badminton player from malaysia. Lee played for the junior national team in penang.

Located along the waterfront but far from the hustle and bustle..Decor and ambience Their rooms are better than expected, but you can see much wear and tear. Cleanliness also wasnt up to par as there were scraps of food under the bed that hadnt been cleaned and stains on the bed sheet..Food They offer a buffet breakfast but its very generic and nothing special. Bread, eggs, cereal and some local food..Service the front desk was friendly and great.. Final thoughts. Its a nice place for a cheap stay, but dont expect 5 star living.

Very nice hotel and location not too far from town. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. When i was there the internet wifi was not good and weak. Almost cant connect. A bit disappointed in that part.
