🏠 House Rules & Important Information

1. Non-Smoking Unit 🚭

This is strictly a non-smoking unit.

Smoking inside the unit or in corridors/common areas is prohibited.

Penalty: RM500 will be charged if smoking or cigarette smell is detected after check-out.

2. No Strong-Smelling Foods ❌

Durian and mangosteen are not allowed in the unit or building.

Please avoid staining sheets or towels. Report any damage or breakages immediately. Charges may apply.

3. Access & Parking 🚗

Two sets of access cards, 2 main door keys, and one residential parking space at Jazz P9A parking (near lift lobby) will be provided.

Loss of keys or parking card: RM150 per item.

Extra parking is subject to availability and may incur charges.

Additional cars must use the mall carpark (payable by guest).

Do not park in undesignated areas to avoid clamping.

Vehicle height limit: 2 meters.

4. Check-In & Check-Out ⏰

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Early or late check-in must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Late check-out may be requested at least one day in advance.

RM50/hour will be charged if belongings remain in the unit past 12 PM without prior arrangement.

5. Liability ⚠️

We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages during your stay.

Assistance will be provided if needed.

Guests are NOT ALLOWED to use the Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam, Swimming Pool and Kids Pool as per condo management effective 1st Jan 2023 applicable to all agoda units. Guest is liable to pay any penalty imposed by the condo management if found violating rules.

Guest can still access Jogging Track, Rooftop Garden and outdoor children's playground located at Level R.

Please note:
⚠️ This is not a hotel. It’s an agoda unit managed by a private host. Services like daily housekeeping, room service, or 24/7 reception are not available.

⚠️ No luggage storage is available and event or parties are not allowed.
