Good hotel with nice employees. The room is very comfortable and does what it’s supposed to do. The breakfast is okay and nothing to complain about. Awesome WiFi speed. 0verall very good.

Good room, Great WiFi. Good air condition. Good breakfast but can be little crazy in the morning with all people. Great stay, we even booked 6 more night after staying here.

We went to KL for concert which hold at Stadium Merdeka, this location can be consider near(within 2km) yet affordable to young couple like us. At first we arrived to the hotel about 8 in the morning, we asked for luggage drop on the reception and they were very kind to help us take care our luggage. We checked in the hotel about 5 in the evening and the reception guy(he is a foreign worker but he can speak fluent English, he is very hospitality and he greet us in very nice manner.) asked for RM50 as deposit(just like other common hotel policy). Although I booked a normal room w/o window but he told us they will give us free upgrade to a window room(that's really great!). I really like their service. The hotel room were neat and tidy, to me it is clean enough. No pests, no anonymous long hair and no mould spot were founded in the room! Basically this is really clean as compare to other low-mid range hotel in KL Center. Although we can hear water flush sound from the toilet came from upstairs but I believe that is not a problem to me as it doesn't have any leaking at all. I'd say this is a really nice and cosy hotel to stay for short trip and their staff were quite easy to go with. By the way, the hotel is named Hote123, not hotel123. The cons were not much just that I believe their centralized water heater is down during the period we stayed.

We come back to stay here 3 days 2 nights for the second time last time was in 2017. It was easily done for the changes from the prebooked room via online to a bigger room with additional reasonable fares. Room was clean, shower and toilet also clean. No smoking odour/smell. Willing to come back this hotel next time. Only the door key card was not responsive enough when inserted it in the card holder to turn on room lights although it was reset by the counter staff. But later on, with a bit of patience, it could work. Aircon remote control was flat, but the battery was changed by staff instantly. Overall, we are happy with staying 2 night 3 days at this Hote123. Please continue improve in service.

Overall good hotel with friendly staff. 2 things they can improve one... The bedsheets need to be cleaner and water in shower needs to be warmer.

Close by to food stalls & convenience stores. For those sensitive to “noise”, there is an “open-air” entertainment/karaoke joint just across the road (150m) that plays at night (till midnight).

酒店與LRT Pudu station 不算太遠 大概7-8分鐘路程 Pudu 附近有不少美食, 例如銘記肉骨茶, 適苑酒家, 路邊糖水店,涼茶店, 晚上6-7時開檔的半山芭為食街 樓下有超市 speedMart 房間設備有點殘舊, 房間中有柱子, 有些不方便 原本期望不大 但最令我驚喜和加分的地方是遇到一位很好很好的receptionist John 雖然到達時還差少少才2點, 但他仍幫我check in和up grade 為有窗的房間, 處理夠彈性 而且很有禮貌, 看到每位客人都會打招呼和寒暄幾句 細心又有耐性地解答問題, 還幫我解決了一位路上遇到的問題男子 上了寶貴的一課 Thank you John 這種優質的服務, 下次去吉隆坡也會再訂這酒店

The thing I liked most was the staff. They made me feel right at home the whole stay there. They were professional, warm , and kind. I stayed there for a week and it felt like home. Very convenient location too. I look forward to seeing my hotel123 family again.

oppholdet mitt på hote 123, var bra og billig, meget god service fra di ansatte, rent rom, flaskevann og kaffe på rommet, frokosten , var helt oki. jeg bodde på hote 123 i 30 dager og jeg kommer tilbake til dette stedet ved en senere anledning..
