I am very satisfied with this hotel. The view is beautiful and the parking area is very large. Highly recommended. And i will stay here again and again because this place is in the middle of many great places to visit. Breakfast is excellent.

The customer service was exceptional. Warm and accommodating. Situated in a prime location, close to many amenities. We reserved deluxe quad rooms with two queensized beds. Unfortunately, the weather wasnt that cold, so we needed syphoning fans in the room.

I paid about rm 1000 for three nights in december after christmas. Overall, i am happy with my stay. The hotel is clean, and the place doesnt smell. Parking is very easy, doorstep. Strategic location to tanah rata and other attractions in binjang. I would like to highlight the man who worked the counter at the restaurant during breakfast on 30/12/23, around 8.30 am. Card payment couldnt be accepted because the server was down and there was not enough cash for two adults. It was very frustrating to be denied our planned breakfast just because i didnt have enough cash. But the staff recognized that and was extremely empathetic. He was ready to charge us for just one adult because we only had enough for one. So, from a really frustrating morning very quickly turned into a great morning because this man understood how it felt to be denied breakfast early in the morning just because the server was down. We offered to pay the balance after our meal and it was easily resolved. How this staff handled the situation really made my day. I dont think empathy is easily taught. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves and continues to serve all customers with such a great attitude. The highlight of the hotel breakfast was the egg station where your eggs are made to order. The food was ok overall. It cost about rm 35 per person. Sorry, cant remember the exact number, but it was a good morning. Very convenient and comfortable for me and my family to eat there. Other staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout. My 1 year old son was walking around the lobby and the staff were accommodating.

I had a great time staying here, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. I will come back. Worth the money. Beautiful decoration for our honeymoon trip, no messy id room, lots of parking. There are many food options here that you can ask the personnel.

The place, the staff, and the environment are all excellent. We will return. Since we are vegetarians, our meal was delicious. The cost was also reasonable. I used to reserve the hotel whenever i went to cambridge, but there is still much work to be done there.

I stayed here with my inlaws, 6 adults, and 2 children. Checkin was very fast and smooth, tak sampai 5 minit. I was given two key cards, parking was plentiful, the bellboy was attentive, there was no problem with luggage.

It was a very precious moment to have breakfast here. The view was beautiful and the place was comfortable. Food was delicious! I really fell in love with the iced tea. All staff were very helpful and friendly especially miss qilah and mr. Raju. Hope to see you all again on your next trip!.

The hotel is very nice and affordable, located a few minutes drive from the city center. The rooms are nice but the food is delicious. There is huge parking. Overall quite good. I would recommend it and personally wont mind staying here again if i visit.
