Kebersihan hotel sangat buruk. Tempat tidur, lantai sangat kotor, tapi toiletnya oke. Resepsionis hotel baik. Air di kamar mandi cukup panas dan tekanan airnya bagus. Botol air panas di kamar berbau plastik, tapi ada dispenser di dekat konter. Ini pertama kalinya saya menginap di hotel tanpa pengering rambut.

When we checked in, the hotel was about a month old, and for a basic hotel, their service was excellent. The hotel area and room were very clean. Although the room for two people is a little small, it didnt bother us because of its cleanliness. The shower pressure was the standard of a fivestar hotel due to its good pressure. Think of it as taking a bath in a heavy rain. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, she even escorted us to our room to ensure that we were comfortable. The location was excellent, on a major road in the middle of the town. Eateries and a supermarket were all within walking distance. We will definitely come and stay here again whenever we come to port klang. Thank you for making our stay memorable for us, hotel orkid.

The hotel is clean and new. The water pressure is good and the heater is complete. There is free parking at the front of the hotel. There are many restaurants and convenience stores opposite the hotel.
