The staff helped me greatly at this hotel. I had great trouble with my phone, and the staff as well as the Manager helped me to sort my problem out and get my phone fixed. They sent me to a place in Lawas who were able to help me once they knew that the problem had been diagnosed by the Hotel staff.

Overall is excellent except the tv signal and channels are very disappointing. Should improve on this area. Also, during morning breakfast, big flies were seen landing everywhere on the fruits, very unhygienic and could cause customers having diarrhea. This should be looked into with immediate effect .
