Hotel ini memiliki lokasi yang cukup strategis, terletak di pusat transportasi KL sentral, sangat mudah diakses dengan kendaraan umum. The hotel is suitable for a brief stay. The staff is friendly and efficient. The carpet looks old and sticky, which may be indicative of an old hotel. However, everything else is satisfactory. Kl sentral is approximately a 5 to 10minute walk away. Tun sambathan is the closest monorail station. The only drawback is the absence of a lobby, which can be quite cumbersome for pickup and dropoff by grabcar.
