Will undoubtedly suggest this hotel. The property is excellent and immaculately kept. It is about 12 kilometers from the oceanus waterfront mall, among other attractions. This distance shouldnt be an issue if you are renting a selfdrive vehicle from the airport. The entire team at the property provides excellent service. The rooms are tastefully furnished, with cozy beds and spotless bathrooms. There is a restaurant in the hotel and several restaurants are close by. If you make your reservation in advance, the room rates are very reasonable. They even offered us a late checkout at a very reasonable fee.

The hotel is quite good for a budget hotel. Room cleanliness needs improvement as the roo. Got some minor stains on the walls (not important as they need renovation) and some hairs from the previous guest, which i believe is important. Some of the inroom design looks good but is not practical. For example, the luggage space is not large enough to accommodate even small luggage, the shower door lacks an open or close instructions which confuses users etc. The food is fairly good and the staff are quite friendly.

I adore the setting. The personnel was outstanding! Aaron, yamni, and mr. Hamizan were incredibly helpful. The room was tidy and the breakfast was excellent. The bed is really cozy. We had a good nights sleep.

The building is very unique. The service is excellent, the location is good and the staff are very helpful. Good choices for breakfast buffet. This is what i expected from the ibis hotel chain.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to kk sabah. My highest regards to the ibis styles hotel for their outstanding hospitality! At the time of writing this review, my mother and i were still staying at this hotel and are very grateful for all the help and care we received from them. My father had a heart attack and is now in coma during his visit to sabah. While he is being treated at the hospital here, the hotel team was more than kind to accommodate us and assisted my 70 year old mother in every way they could to make her comfortable until my arrival as i was flying in from another country. A special thank you to the hotel general manager, mr. Puvan! We cannot thank you enough for your kindness and assistance. Thank you again for going the extra mile for us. This hotel is immaculately clean, the rooms are very comfortable and modern. They also have a team of warm and friendly staff. Absolutely no complaints.

The room was excellent, and the food was delicious. I was blown away by the bed, and i will definitely be returning here on my next visit. I am very grateful for this wonderful hospitality, and i hope i may bring the bed home.

The nonsmoking room had a cigarette smoke smell coming from the previous guest, but the staff quickly changed me to another room. The hospitality was excellent from all staff and the hotel gm. Kind enough for the hotel gm to go around serving guests at the coffee house, getting feedback and addressing issues. Thank you.

The room is suitable for the highest type of room, although the wall is not particularly thin, making it difficult for other people to converse. The door is quite thick, and there is an elevator, so waiting is not too long. However, the internet connection is unstable, and the breakfast is affordable (7 carbo, 2 protein). Additionally, there is convenient access to the laundry and restaurant.

The facilities are very nice and the staff are very nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to this area. The breakfast options are well worth the few dollars extra and the sky bar is well worth a visit and a relaxing place.

I had a great time here as always. The front desk staff are incredibly kind, warm, and friendly, and they are eager to go above and beyond to assist me with any inquiries i may have. Bravo to each of them. The housekeeping staff is also very efficient, and the room is wellmaintained. I didnt dine at the cafe because, from past experience, the food is not interesting enough, especially the taste, but then it is subjective. A special thank you to mr. Hamizan and ms. Irish both at the front office for your friendliness and assistance.

Hotel ini terletak di pinggiran kota, jadi jauh kemana-mana. Kedap suara kamar kurang bagus dan sebenarnya ada dua pintu di antara dua kamar. Sistem ventilasi di kamar mandi tidak berguna dan uap dari pancuran bertahan lama. Jaringan baik dan buruk, tetapi terkadang tidak terputus. Kebersihan juga baik.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast with good choices. The room is quite small but enough for one person. Toiletries only soap and toothbrush were provided. Shower cap, sanitary bag, laundry bag and kit of amenities were not provided. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby.

I will definitely recommend friends to stay and of course, come back to this hotel. Good manager and good staff, very helpful and always happy to serve tourists. If there is a problem in the room, the manager will immediately solve it.
