A request to check in after MIDNIGHT (12AM) will incur additional charges of RM50.
Security deposits**
-RM100 security deposit is required upon check in
-an additional RM100 security deposit for parking card
**These security deposits will be refunded at the day of check out if there are no major damages found or no major items (parking card, access card, etc.) are missing.
(1) Smoking and drugs are strictly
prohibited in the homestay.
Smoking is allowed at outside of
the balcony only
(2) No pets allowed
(3) Please remove footwear and
place it at the shoes rack at the
entrance
(4) Mangosteen and durian are not
allowed indoor
(5) Please respect our homestay
and treat it as your own house
for the duration of your stay
with us. If something is in need
of repair, please contact us and
we will put in a maintenance
request
(6) Please feel free to use the
kitchen and maintain the
cleanliness of the kitchen
(7) If you need any housekeeping
service, please let us know 1 day
in advance. The charge is
RM60/time
(8) Please lower down your noise
volume after 10p.m.. Consider
using headphones whenever
possible
(9) For your safety purpose, please
ensure that the doors and
windows are always locked
before you leave or check-out
the homestay. (Remark: Cozy99
Homestay shall not be
responsible for any loss or
damaged, including loss of
goods, suffered by guests)
(10) Please ensure the lights, fans,
aircon, etc. are switched off
before you leave the homestay
(11) Violation of rules may result in
warning, followed by a fine or
possible eviction. Please
comply with the rules. Kindly

(8) 请在晚上十点后降低声量。切勿大
声喧哗, 以免影响周遭旅客及邻居安
宁
(9) 离开房间时, 请随手将房间和窗户
锁上。(注意：私人物品请自行妥
善保管。若有损失, 本民宿一概不
负责, 敬请见谅)
(10) 请在离开房间时将电器、风扇、
电灯和空调电源关闭
(11) 若违反以上条规, 本民宿将给予警
告, 接着罚款或可能性驱逐。请遵
