The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and polite. I paid for breakfast and so got to use the dining area. The staff were very friendly, polite, constantly made sure that the area was cleaned plus the food was topped up and presentable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the iinnside hotel by melia Kuala Lumpur Cheras, and it was an absolute pleasure. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, which immediately set a positive tone for my stay. The service was exceptional, the attentive and friendly staff made me feel very welcome from the moment i arrived. What truly stood out was the balance between quality and affordability. Despite the reasonable price, there was no compromise on the overall experience. The comfortable accommodations and the added convenience of the amenities made my stay truly enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and i appreciated the ease of access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, i highly recommend the iinnside hotel by melia Kuala Lumpur Cheras to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay with exceptional service at an affordable price. It definitely exceeded my expectations, and i look forward to returning in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I spent four days here. The highlight was harri, the frontofhouse rep, who went above and beyond to assist me whenever i needed it. He is a wonderful man who always has a smile on his face. I will definitely return.

The hotel is new and clean, convenient within a shopping mall, but there is a lot of vacant space in the mall. Mostly restaurants. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Free parking is available, you have to use a tng card and drive up to level 7 of the building, which is a bit inconvenient.

I like the hotel. It is connected to ekocheras mall. Easy to find food and other things. The nearest mrt is also very close. The hotel is clean.
