We stayed overnight at the king park hotel tawau while traveling. The location is centrally located in the hotel area and a bit worn down, but clean with good air conditioning. Staff are not very attentive, however, english is fine when you catch their attention. Price/value proposition is good.

The furniture and carpets are old, but the service is on par for a 2/3 star hotel with stocked breakfast. In terms of price, its actually very reasonable. Highly recommended budget traveller if you dont mind chilly showers.

Saya duduk di kamar King Executive Room (lantai 9) dengan harga yang sesuai untuk 6 hari 5 malam. Ruangannya sangat luas, nyaman dan AC-nya sangat sejuk. Staf yang ramah dan sangat membantu. Sarapan termasuk enak dan memuaskan. Namun, TV-nya tidak terlalu jelas saat ini untuk menonton cerita. Namun, yang lain semuanya bagus.

The hotel is in a prime location. Parking might be advisable, but we were fortunate to always have one. Two laundromats are located directly across the street from the hotel. Simply walk ten steps down and cross the road, then you can do your laundry and use the dryer.

This place only has two stars. The room is not very clean, but its okay to stay for a night. Its convenient, however, the floor is smoking, i noticed this from the window.

Stayed here for one night. Breakfast is included here, but outside there are many restaurants. The room is quite large and the price is rm 120 for 2 people, however cleanliness needs to be improved, especially on the toilet and carpet floor.

Ive stayed here twice. It is a good hotel with affordable prices. Right in the center of town. Looks like an old hotel but very well maintained. The furniture is old but still in good condition. Room and toilet are very clean. Very close to convenience stores and diy laundry shops. Staff were nice and helpful. Even though there is no breakfast, i highly recommend it to travelers on fewer budget but who need cosy and acceptable accommodation.
