Kindly take good care of the home stay, as well as the provided key and access cards. In the event of loss, a charge of RM 200 per item will be applicable.

Additional rules
We want our guests to enjoy their holiday as you do.

1. No durian, no mangosteen, no shoes and NO smoking within the house.

2. No extra person staying overnight without early notification.

3. Party and steamboat gathering are prohibited.

4. Please wash all the dishes after used. Please throw all the rubbish everyday to the main dustbin room. Kindly maintain the house nicely and in clean condition. Do not damage the house properties.

5. Please throw the rubbish into dustbin provided.

6. Let's be mindful of the environment by turning off lights and air-conditioners whenever you leave the home stay. The daily cap for electricity is RM15 per day. If there is additional usage above limit of RM15 per day, the guest need to pay for the extra electricity bill.

7. For instant booking, please read the descriptions and house rules clearly prior booking to ensure you have understood our listing.

8. Covid19 quarantine is not allowed. If you are waiting for report, it is not allowed to enter. RM2000 additional sanitization fee will be charged.

9. For any booking below 6 person, it would be a 2 bedroom super condo. For booking for 7th person and above, it would be 3 bedrooms.

Penalty will be deducted from the security deposit if you have violated the rules.
