Always come back here as it is near airport and food area. Bit far from the town centre. But not a problem if you have a car to get around.

If youre traveling to Sandman for the short time, Id suggest staying at this hotel. I recently attended a conference in Sandman, and this hotel was one of the closest to my workplace. The rooms restroom and linens appeared to be outdated and worn out. This hotel is not a wise decision if youre a 4-season visitor. The shower was damaged. Although it was functioning properly, the handle was really damaged. The friendliest and most attentive staff. Customer service is 1010. Congratulations! The distance from this hotel to the airport was only seven minutes. The free airport shuttle service. All restaurants and groceries are extremely close by. The to and cable both functioned well. free wifi.

During our stay at the hotel, we were allowed to check in as early as the morning, plus the hotel offers pick-up and drop-off services from the airport. Since it is conveniently located and gives you the opportunity to pick up a bus to town, it's not difficult to park if you need to rent a car, and it's not too far from the memorial park, Sapilok where you can see birds, orangutans, sunbeams, and proboscis monkeys, which is hard to visit in the morning. The neighborhood eateries are close by.

This is my first visit to the hotel. I chose it because it is close to the airport and about a 10-minute drive away. Free and simple parking. There are few stores and restaurants near, but no convenience store around. Tourists should look for a hotel in the city center, as this one is a bit far away from the city. They asked for a 50-rupiah deposit, which must be paid for at check-out. The hotel's rooms are fairly comfortable, and good value for the money. There is no lift, only stairs are accessible. The wifi was excellent during my initial visit, but this time it's only okay.

I had a last-minute book, but the risk paid off. The hotel was easy to find and in a convenient location in Sandman. The room was spacious and clean, giving me an impression that the price is worth it when I entered the room. The reception staff is very pleasant and helpful. He moved his car to allow me to park my car in front of the hotel when it was full. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Sandman.

Great for a stop over at Sandankan airport, close to the Orangutan and Bear sanctuaries. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is basic but as mentioned, good for a stop over. Rooms basic but comfortable and good for price.

Labuk was super convenient for our situation. It is close to the airport and provided a free shuttle service even though I called them to arrange it as we landed. They were already waiting outside by the time we collected our bags. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's not a lot in this area, but we had some nice curry just across the street.

First of all they couldn't find my reservation, then gave me a standard room when I booked and paid for superior, when I mentioned this the lady old me 'they were fully booked and no superior left'. She then called another lady sitting at a desk next to us, all of a sudden there was a room available. I walked in and there were an old pair of flip flops in the bathroom, toilet seat was up and there were stains everywhere, including the bed. Needless to say I slept fully clothed on top of the bed. The area isn't particularly 'safe feeling', no where to arrange for some dinner, so I waited until I got to the airport the following day. Check in also took a very long while, and there are only stairs which you will need to carry your luggage up and down.
