- Full amount of security deposit will be forfeited for any significant damage to the house.
**SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED SEPARATELY AFTER BOOKING IS CONFIRMED.
8. Security deposit will be forfeited if we received complaints from neighbours, lost items, significant damage to the house or breaking of any of the House Rules.

1. Carpark is provided for a maximum of 4 cars only (2 cars under the porch, 2 cars in front of the gate). Please do not exceed the amount of cars allowed as this may caused congestion around the neighbourhood and please do not block neighbours’ way.

3. All guests must scan the qr code provided in the house.
Penalty:
- RM100 from the security deposit will be forfeited for any cars park/block neighbours’ space.
